Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

I have stayed at this hotel several times mostly during the weekend. However this time we decided to stay during weekdays and found out that the hotel was short of staff on the lake area and the gym was under renovation. My children was not able to fully explore the lake experience (boat riding, etc). My wife asking for additional mineral water but was told that it cost her extra money because we only stay for 1 night.

We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

The best 4-star hotel in Bogor, with a very strategic location in the middle of the city and in the middle of the famous culinary center in Bogor The rate is still friendly in the pocket, but when compared to the service provided by this hotel, it is quite satisfying, the staff is quite professional, maintains health protocols and is of course friendly It's just that I'm a bit uncomfortable with the lobby which looks narrow with a table that looks stiff, like a restaurant cashier, but that doesn't reduce its value.... the decoration is very maximal I was impressed because it turned out that Oplet coffee was provided in the room, typical Bogor coffee that was not found elsewhere, unfortunately local wisdom was not optimal in the absence of a menu for laksa or sotomie bogor The service was very excelent, coincidentally my family and I stayed while celebrating my birthday, unexpectedly we got a surprise from the management 101 they came to our table at breakfast with a birthday cake and a lot of singing songs .... wow really impressed Overall a highly recommended hotel for families while on vacation in Bogor..... All the staff here are friendly, the security guard too. Complete amenities when asked for an additional slipper are also fast response, but when ordering food from the room tends to take a long time, I understand maybe the process does take time. The atmosphere of the lobby and the rooms are all comfortable, but if you happen to be in the room, you can find a room at the end near the road, so sometimes you can hear the sound of a speeding motorbike. Uniquely, in the early hours of the morning the bathroom light suddenly didn't stop flashing then I turned it off and in the morning the light couldn't turn on anymore. Hmm maybe the lamp is broken. When staying here, it happened to be quite crowded, so the swimming pool and restaurant were quite full. The food here is varied, he said, the winner was the vegetable lontong. Comfortable.. by Aston, you know.. the walls are thick.. it's not noisy like other hotels where the sound of people talking just doesn't matter.. wkwkw.cm there's no facial tissue...the toilet tissue is just provided close to the mall.. to alfamart .. it's worth the price lmyn.. never dbwh 400. Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

Actually, we plan to go to Taman Safari, but we were late, the Taman Safari was already closed. And since my kids were begging to go to Taman Safari, I finally decided to sleepover one night at Puncak. It's not easy to look for a ”Family frindly” hotel in Puncak, and we see this Big hotel named Grand Ussu, and we decided to stay there. And we are right. The hotel is clean, big and there was Hotel staff that was really helpful his name is Yusuf. So overall experience during this unexpected sleepover at Puncak is good.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

stay overnight for an outing event with office colleagues. we numbered 13 people and live in a building that looks quite new, the bedroom is quite spacious and clean so that 1 room can be occupied by 3 people. And if it is not enough, we can order an extra mattress because the living room is also quite spacious. There are two bathrooms, one inside the room and one outside the room. cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved because during our stay we found many insects in many forms, so it is highly recommended to bring your own flip-flops, toilet tissue and toiletries. the kitchen is equipped with standard cooking and eating utensils, so we can bring our own ingredients to cook. although for breakfast we also get egg fried rice from the inn, but the presentation and taste is standard. what needs to be underlined is the friendliness of the staff, where they try to accommodate requests very well. If this inn is managed more seriously, the prospects are very good going forward because of their large parking area, outdoor area is also extensive (there is a kind of pool but not utilized properly), and has a swimming pool (although it still needs to be renovated)

Parking lot is quite spacy. It is clean and fresh hospitality. Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful. Room air con was perfect. Wifi connection was outstanding. TV channels were many. Breakfast menus were numerous with a very fresh air and view outdoor. Fitness center with 3 equipments are also available. Things to improve and get more relaxing ambience are carpet in all floor corridor as well as typical hospitality aromatic spray.

Mr.Edu from Java Private Tour was the first person I contacted because of a reference from tripadvisor, coincidentally Java Private Tour also recommended Hotel Braja Mustika to me as the best place to stay with my family, the place is very strategic because it is close to the Mall, Traditional Market, as well as the Bogor Botanical Gardens and other tourist spots, So before and after attending a family wedding reception in Bogor, my family and I can explore the city of Bogor which I think is very unique, I admit the greatness of Mr. Edu from Java Private Tour in organizing our trip, and Java Private Tour even provided transportation facilities for us and our family, of course with a very professional service. Thank you Braja Mustika Hotel for making me feel at home during my stay in Bogor, I even stayed more than the planned day, my original plan was only 4 days but because Hotel Braja Mustika was very comfortable and my family enjoyed staying at Hotel Braja Mustika, I extended the period my stay is 9 days. and for those of you who stop in Bogor, I highly recommend Hotel Braja Mustika for you, and Java Private Tour as your travel planner and transportation service.

First time stay at this hotel the staff (hezki from front office if im not wrong) really help me. im asked for change the sheet at room cause there’s spot, and he provided that to change with new one.
