Bogor City Hotels with Parking

It’s a nice small hotel with a good location. The staffs are nice,too. We love the food because It has so many variety. We just have a little misunderstanding about the type of the hotel room. We ask for a queen bed but the hotel said they just can give us that type because it’s an optional and no available room with queen room.

Heritage hotel, in good condition despite the building age. We stay in 6th floor, the elevator only reaches 5th floor so we still need to take stairs. Standart room in 6th floor is quite large, we put our twin bed together for the three of us and still feel spacious. The hotel has special low-calorie dishes, dendeng and satay, which I think were made for vegan. They have delicious doughnuts, must try for desert. There's a wet wet party for kids in the pool everymorning. I tried their billiard and old piano, which was a nice experience.

I had wonderful experience staying one night with my family, overall was the best I've had, unless the extra bed seems a bit under maintenance (the edges were torn) and the breakfast menu could be more tasty. Thank you

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near many great restaurants. There are also plenty of parks nearby for exercise and jogging.

My first impression of Swiss-Belhotel was how friendly and efficient the reception staff were; they handled issues quickly. Shortly after checking into my room, the same receptionist called to ask if everything was okay, checking on the AC, lights, etc., just to make sure there were no problems. He also offered us a membership card. Overall, my stay here met my expectations. The room was spacious, our requests were fulfilled, it had a mountain view, the water heater worked well, the AC was cold, and there was a hairdryer and an iron. The service was friendly, smiling, efficient, and all-around excellent. Breakfast was also very complete, with many varieties and delicious food. The waitstaff consistently checked tables and promptly cleared dirty plates. All the staff at Swiss-Belhotel were incredibly helpful, very friendly, and always smiling. Great job to the team and management; they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Keep up the excellent service and product quality!

Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular.

Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality... I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb... For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel

Room wasn’t soundproof we can hear people chatting next door, I got connecting room is is good But one of the 2 elevator was not working, so its a bit slow with only 1 elevator for the whole building, so i often use their emergency staircase which is faster than waiting for the elevator to come. They provide valet parking so ita a plus too Breakfast was good enough Next to the hotel was very good : In front of our hotel is Botanical mall Next to the hotel is KFC, Venus roti unyil, Ngesti supermarket and infront of Ngesti they sell lumpia semarang was very good. Good place to stay, just fix the elevator fast before your review going down.

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
