Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

I have been coming to the Morrison for many years, and always enjoyed staying there where the service was always warm and friendly and the hotel is conveniently located in Bogotá. At this time, we had a couple of issues that unfortunately are very different from the standard of service that we always received at this hotel. First, when checking in, they said that the room we reserved was not available, so they were putting us in a smaller (and cheaper) room. When we asked about any difference on the rate, they said that unfortunately they were not allowed to offer a discount but they would try to offer us “a courtesy” from the hotel (which never happened) as a way to compensate for the inconvenience. The following morning, the hotel presented a technical problem, and the rooms run out of the water service. I communicated the front desk and they offered me to take a shower in another room (where supposedly there was water service); I accepted the suggestion but also run out of water when trying to take a shower in the other room. I spoke to the manager, (that I learned recently assumed this position) and she only said that they were working to solve the problem, without giving any prevision about when the problem would be solved, or offered any alternative or help. I understand that this kind of situation might happen, but her response to this situation was really disappointing, seeming that the problem was customer´s business. At the end of the day, and after expressing my frustration with the way they handled the situation, they moved us to another Morrison hotel in Bogotá, located in a really noisy and unsafe neighborhood. We did not even received an apology from the manager. It was evident to us that the change in the management brought a big impact on the level of service of this hotel. Not coming back again.

Hotel clean and tidy. Very good location. Bed was big and confy. The room has a big bathroom very well equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room has also a fridge with cold drinks. Also you can get tea and coffee.

The hotel is wonderful, the first class staff always greeted you with a smile, seeing that you are happy. The super cute dining room staff, highlighting Oscar, always advised us the best dishes and seeing that nothing was missing. The taxi service is very good. The delicious food. It has become my favorite hotel in Bogota.

Angela Malagon and Señor William at the front desk were always very kind and extremely helpful with all our needs. Señor Víctor, Señor Mateo and Señora Angie Gómez always made sure our breakfast was hot and very well prepared. When we needed room service they always brought our food quickly and they were always smiling. Señora Janette and Señora Sile always prepared our rooms perfectly and treated all of us with tremendous cariño. Señora Janette and Señora Sile are full of life and happiness. Señor Carlos and Señor Rafael at the front desk were also very, very kind and helpful as were Señor Orlando and Manuel. The staff you have working here is PURO ORO!! Todos son excepciónal.
