Muy mal servicio, cuando llega al hotel hay consumo extra obligatorio. Aunque era tarde en la noche cuando llegué y no podía usarlo en absoluto, todavía cobraban tarifas obligatorias.

There are 2 large shopping mall within 15 minute walk too.

It is an impressive good hotel in Latin America, especially in Colombia. Good location, quiet and convenient. The room was very spacious and the facilities were new. The afternoon tea on the 13th floor of Happy Hour at 5:30 pm every day is also very rich and high quality. The swimming pool is spacious and bright, and the gym is fully equipped.
