This hostal has a lot of events, the beds are comfortable and there are lots of spaces you can use. It’s very cheap and the location is excellent. It’s closed to main avenues and transportation and close to the clubbing area Zona Rosa.

- Really good location in Chapinero. Close to Zona T, Transmilenio and Parque de los Hippies. - A huge breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM that was refilled until 10 AM. - Gym and spa area with sauna and steam room (haven't tried the spa area but it looked clean). - The staff was very helpful. - I would stay here again the next time.

Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

They say they have a parking room but it's not the case, they ask for the keys to be left (but that shouldn't be done because if something happens to the car, no one answers because checks have not been made, etc.) , and at least in my case, who paid to rest at 5am they were touching the door to move the car and having arrived at midnight, that means NO rest and the plate that I paid to rest was lost, And on the other hand, employees are very blind and rained in the grudge to say things, in other words, THAT IS NOT THE OPTION If you travel in a car, WILL BE BOOK TREAT AND WILL BOOK.

Señora Norma Delgado, I would like you to know how great and PROFESSIONAL is your entire staff. Angela Malagon and Señor William at the front desk were always very kind and extremely helpful with all our needs. Señor Víctor, Señor Mateo and Señora Angie Gómez always made sure our breakfast was hot and very well prepared. When we needed room service they always brought our food quickly and they were always smiling. Señora Janette and Señora Sile always prepared our rooms perfectly and treated all of us with tremendous cariño. Señora Janette and Señora Sile are full of life and happiness. Señor Carlos and Señor Rafael at the front desk were also very, very kind and helpful as were Señor Orlando and Manuel. The staff you have working here is PURO ORO!! Todos son excepciónal. Gracias, gracias, gracias.

My second time staying at an Ibis; LOVE these properties. The rooms are very basic but you'll have what you need. The property is fun and stylish, staff was helpful (including arranging midnight airport transportation for us) and there's a full service bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of dishes; I wish hotels in the US offered breakfasts like this! The National Museum right across the street is well worth a visit and you're a short drive to Monserrate and Candelaria.

The hotel service is very professional. All the staff are professional and sincere. They have warm smiles and thoughtful service. All the details are in place. The cleaning staff and drivers are very polite and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. I generally don't like to make comments, but this hotel makes me unhappy.
