The steaming hand-grabbed meat is tender and juicy, the fragrant baursak (fried pastry) is served with mellow milk tea, and there are various dairy products... Every bite is the original grassland style, which makes us satisfied and memorable! The boss also enthusiastically introduced each dish to us, and we felt the strong national culture and hospitality. 2. Galloping on the grassland dream: The boss personally took us on horseback! For me, who was riding a horse on the grassland for the first time, I was excited and a little nervous, but the boss was very patient, selected a docile horse, and personally guided to ensure safety. When riding slowly on the vast grassland, looking at the snow-capped mountains in the distance and the nearby lakes, I felt that I had really integrated into this world at that moment. It was so free and refreshing! It was definitely one of the highlights of this trip! 3. Adventure of cute marmots: I never expected that the boss would take us to see marmots! He is familiar with every corner of the grassland and knows where the "home" of these little cuties is. Looking at their chubby figures, or poking their heads out, or leisurely eating grass, making "ah ah" sounds, it's so cute! Hygiene: Although there are no toilets, you can feel nature up close. The bedding has a sense of age and you can feel the strong ethnic customs. Environment: At the foot of a very secluded mountain away from the lake, the boss patiently gave directions and made several phone calls. Service: The meal in the evening was very sumptuous, and the boss carefully cooked it until half past eleven. I ordered a pound of mutton, and the soup stewed with nine ounces of mutton bones was really delicious. The noodles are hand-made by the boss. Although the mutton in the remaining two dishes is very salty, it is still enough to eat a whole plate or two. Maybe it’s because the cooking process is complicated, so it’s understandable that it’s a little more expensive. It doesn’t matter if you spend a few hundred dollars to enjoy your meal. 1,000-meter horse riding: None of us know how to ride a horse, so we took a few photos on horseback. Originally, this platform only gave one person a 1,000-meter horse ride.
