酒店位置較為方便，房間環境和衞生還可以。就是房間設施，尤其是枱燈，很嚇人。枱燈不穩，燈罩輕觸一下就碰到牆上就碎了，差點受傷。叫服務人員來處理，才知道這個枱燈已經多次出現這個問題，打掃衞生的，還有設備維護的説都換了好多次😰，給前台説，前台給我發的也是説之前有人打碎枱燈罩賠款120元。第一次差評，枱燈出現這種情況竟然不認為是設施不安全不更換，不去除安全隱患。錢是小事，難道安全不重要嗎？

1樓是餐廳，能點餐，送自助早餐味道不錯，附近沒有出租車，老闆娘安排車免費送了老東門和新東門遊客中心。設施齊全服務周到。晴天的賽湖景色比較美。

接待的小帥哥和小姐姐看到我們行李挺多的，就給我們升級了標間，小姐姐還很貼心的送了我們暖貼。
房間設施設計很有美感，床上用品質量也很好很舒服，總體來説非常滿意。

入住要先抵押$200離開後若房間內的設備沒有少或壞掉才可以退還（世界旅行多處沒有遇過這種方式，感受不是很好）
離賽里木湖服務處很近
房源內一樓就有餐廳，但是沒有廁所

入住時間比較晚了前台依然有人在，主動給升級了房型，非常感謝在-20度的天氣裏擁有了地暖（但二樓還是有一些冷）
整體來説酒店位置不錯，離景區東門非常近，很適合早起頂門進賽湖看日出，酒店的早餐也很不錯，牛肉餅很好吃，來不及吃的話還可以每人打包一小份帶走看日出的時候吃。
轉完回來在酒店樓下吃一碗牛肉麪，味道特別好！畢竟景區裏面真沒什麼實惠的餐食，在這裏也很好！

這個地方浪漫又文藝，真的很適合來感受氛圍，太適合假日放鬆了，而且還是寵物友好型，帶我家lucky來賽裏木旅遊，住的很舒適，而且離門口很近，樓下就有餐廳，配套設施齊全
