Bole Central Asia Hongbo Hotel

We booked a deluxe standard room for two nights on Ctrip, but when we checked in on the first night, after looking at the room photos on Ctrip, we found that we were assigned a special standard room. We called the front desk and they said they were busy and would call back soon, but they never did. We contacted the front desk the next day and were finally able to get a deluxe standard room. The hygiene of the special price room and deluxe room was very poor, there was dust everywhere, and the towel was black when I wiped it. The facilities were old and the wardrobe doors were broken. There were hairs on the sheets. I called and they changed them. The breakfast was also pitifully small. The price was not cheap and the stay was extremely bad. It really affected my mood for this trip. I will definitely not stay here again.
