Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. It got cold at nights and weeded the duvet covers which weren't on the beds when we arrived. As we got there late at night, there was no-one to welcome us but we did get sent a code to let ourselves in. We never saw anyone in the B&B except the room person and all communication was done via WhatsApp message. I would stay somewhere nearer the centre next time I visit. Overall a pleasant stay which would have benefited with some central heating and drying facilities.

The location is in a residential area close to all the main areas of Bologna , piazza Maggiore was within about 10 minutes walk . The host was attentive and responded quickly .

Perfectly located, comfortable, clean and definitely worth the cost. The room had a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a nice big bathroom. It was snug but there was enough space for the 2 of us. Despite the name, breakfast is not included, but there’s a grocery store on the ground floor of the building. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Bologna at your feet!
The stay was really nice….like having your own apartment in the City of Bologna. The location was excellent too and the staff at Attico were very helpful and attentive.

This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!

The room was everything what was to be expected and staff was very nice and helpfull. We liked the location, near evething but still quite peaceful. Also extrapoints for the easter suprise, staff remembered our family with big chocolate eggs and greetings in our own language. :)

We were blown away by the size of the room. It exceeded all our expectations! The fridge contained water, juice and Prosecco which were all gratis. Such a nice touch! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely B&B. Great location. Clear and precise explanations in French via Wattsapp. Breakfast is taken in a pastry shop around the corner. Everything was perfect. Be careful with the ZTL if you are driving and without permission.

The lady who welcomed us on a rainy day was very kind and immediately welcomed us and warmed us up with familiarity. we had to wait to allow it to be sanitized but it was not weighed. San Luca is a mini apartment with new appliances, comfortable shower, complete bathroom, comfortable and large bed. furnished with taste and with furnishing elements that give confidence. the room offers an oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, full induction kitchen. beautiful view. his courtesy was infinite in indicating the main places from restaurants to places to see and at the end he even gave us a bottle of wine. great for stress-free stays or to enjoy Bologna. registered in the personal address book.
