Just avoid if you can. Unless windows are completely shut (=no air) rooms are too loud because the motorway runs right below the hotel. You basically should sleep with AC on, if you can; otherwise you don't sleep. Room is very basic and dusty; dingy and small; mattress too soft and uncomfortable, pillow kills your neck. How did they keep the 4 stars? The area is actually very nice (plenty of breakfast options in the street), but just pick any other hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located around shops and supermarkets. Ideal for a late night restaurant visit or a bakery nearby for breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent showers and great dining options in the hotel too. Overall, I recommend booking this hotel for it’s convenience in location room generous layout.

Nice hotel located in Poppelsdorfer area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very clean and quiet room. I would stay here again.

I've stayed at many hotels, all over the world. The President Hotel was the best experience I've had. The rooms were modern and immaculate. The beds were comfortable The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The staff was professional, helpful (extremely accommodating) and just good people. The location was perfect - near restaurants, a small supermarket, and busses, as well as the Botanical Gardens. By bus, the hotel is 10 minutes from the train station and the city center. I have only great things to say about the President Hotel and no doubt, anytime I am in Bonn, I will return!
