Ich habe dieses Hotel direkt gebucht, weil mir da günstigere Preise als bei Reiseanbietern versprochen wurden. Mangels unkompetentem Kundenservice und keinem Vermittlungsanbieter bereue ich das jetzt sehr. Es stellte sich heraus, dass auf den Zimmerpreis noch Stadttaxe draufkam, weshalb das Hotel schlussendlich teurer als über booking war- nur mit wesentlich schlechterem Kundenservice. Auf Grund der Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und einem schnarchenden Nachbarn konnte ich kaum schlafen. Als ich dies am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption erwähnte, wurde mir gesagt, man könne nichts machen, die Zimmer wären eh so klein, wenn man die jetzt auch noch anständig isolieren würde, dann würde das Zimmer zu eng… och, ganz so hilflos wäre das Hotel da sicher nicht! Würde dann eben zu deren Kosten und nicht zu denen der Gäste gehen…

Kleines Hotel in optimaler Lage. Das Zimmer ist klein, für 1-2 Übernachtungen o.k. Das Bad allerdings, ist zu klein. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Dusche eng und dunkel, da WC für große Menschen unmöglich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück gibt es im kleinen Café nebenan. Es ist einfach, aber ausreichend.

Piccola struttura ma nessun particolare disagio: reception aperta fino alle 18 ma check in sempre possibile in autonomia. Colazione presso bar convenzionato a fianco. Posizione ottimale al centro di Bonn e 50 metri da fermata bus e metro. 6 minuti a piedi da stazione centrale e capilineal navetta per aeroporto, raggiungibile comunque con bus e metro in caso di bagagli ingombranti.
