Hotel bem localizado, mas tem alguns problemas quanto ao atendimento. Os atendentes de um turno parecem não se comunicar bem com os de outro turno. Tive um problema na ducha do chuveiro, ela estava simplesmente colada e descolou quando fui tomar banho já tarde da noite. Informei ao recepcionista de plantão e no outro dia tive que sair cedo e voltei tarde, mas a situação continuou a mesma. Ao questionar o mesmo plantonista, ele simplesmente me avisou que havia comunicado, mas que não sabia porque não havia sido feito o conserto. O hotel está bem informatizado e trabalha com chaves eletronicas e tags para ativar a abertura das portas, só que o processo de habilitação das tags (ou dos números) é por vezes demorado.

The hotel is not in a position to say anything. The 4 stars are legitimate and what we have been offered for a 2-day trip was more than fair. Compared with a cheap parking house (4.50€ per day) and you are within 6-7 at a Rewe and the city centre. 베토벤 하우스 근처의 주차가 가능한 호텔, 조식은 별로 본에 방문한 목적이 베토벤 하우스여서 여행의 목적에 딱 맞는 호텔이었다. 모텔 원이 늘 그렇듯 불필요한 것은 하나도 없는 간결하고 깨끗한 방이었다. 예약할 때 조식 추가하는 것이 비용 이득이 없어 당일에 추가했는데, 조식은 보통 수준이었지만 인단 3만원이라는 가격은 너무 심하다고 생각했다. 그 비싼 영국호텔에서도 이정도는 8파운드였는데... 아침 먹고 라인강을 산책할 수 있어서 좋았다. 조식을 제외하고는 대부분 만족스러운 호텔이었다.
