The location is perfect, it is exactly in front of everything. For the price I paid I think it is worthy, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Booked standard room without window, no facilities, but air conditioning is OK, in the alley, just sleeping OK, with children is never recommended! Going to the beach is very close, there is a restaurant just across the road from the nearby road, there is a barbecue in the evening!

The hotel booked at a very advantageous price, it attracted us! But the main factor was its location-in 2 minutes and you on the paradise beach (yes the way between two buildings, but it has not prevented us, the passing is lighted and the duty is always guarded) cafe restaurant bar clubs all in two steps, very convenient, Especially those who like at 4 hours the last to leave the club 😋 In the room there was all you need 2 double beds, towels, soap shampoo, beach towels gave fresh every time you asked, fan, teapot, cups of glasses of plates, spoons, villas, knife, napkins! Cabinet, tumbocs! The pressure in the shower is good, the shower is clean, the toilet too! Cleaning in the room and changed the underwear, did 1 times every 2 days or on demand! Staff was always friendly and friendly, in everything helped on the first demand! Air conditioner too! Drying things can be water! Hotel and staff very much liked it sure to come back again

Good location, close to the beach and closer to the lazy cat travel meeting point. But the road is now repaired in front of the door, so it is not easy to walk. The actual room in the six-person room differs from the online pictures. There is a small window above the door, which is basically closed when it is black. But I don't care, just the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Next to the room are two toilets with shower. Cleanliness is okay and quite new. But only one has hot water, and one can only wash cold water. 10% tax for breakfast, the original price is already high. Had breakfast for 200 pesos, and I did n’t expect dinner, there was no value for money. If you are traveling alone and want to save money, living here is still possible. Basic sanitary and convenient accommodation, nothing recommended but not recommended. Don't choose here if you have accommodation requirements.

How to say it: no hot water... no hot water bathing 🛁 This is the key point, how can there be no hot water ♨️ If the body can't stand it, there is a problem with the design of the CYTS: built in the mountains, the room is like a cave. The inside is the toilet and the shower. The wet environment is not easy to circulate and become dry. Every time I enter the room, there is a moldy smell. I stayed for two nights. The cotton sweaters are all musty, and the room is not good for health for a long time. There is a position that is not very good.
Cerca Hotel

We had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel. The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. It's wonderful that the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for guests.
