"We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline."

The hotel staff were always smiling and friendly. We've been staying here everytime we go to boracay. We got the room for a cheaper price so it was really amazing."

"We had an overall wonderful experience at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Everyone was genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The airport transfer was very smooth, and the team helped us with our luggage from start to finish. Early check-in was kindly permitted, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling with our 11-month-old baby. The baby cot provided was the cleanest we have ever seen, which gave us great peace of mind. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, and the seafood buffet dinner was absolutely amazing—we enjoyed it twice during our one-week stay. The pool bar had a great atmosphere, and the food there was also very good. The sky pool offered a beautiful view, especially at sunset, and was one of the highlights of the resort. The massage service was excellent. We tried both the poolside massage and the in-room massage, and both were very relaxing and professionally done. The beach in front of the hotel was the cleanest and whitest we saw on the island, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. We would definitely stay at Henann Crystal Sands again on our next trip to Boracay and highly recommend it, especially for families with young children."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Boracay and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone – but especially to kite surfers! The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is situated right on Bulabog Beach, which is the main kitesurfing spot on the island. Being able to walk out of the hotel and straight onto the beach, with all the kites in the sky and the wind conditions perfect for riding, was a dream come true. If you’re into kitesurfing, you really couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely taken care of. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference. The room was spotless – super clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that the hotel takes cleanliness seriously, which I really appreciated. After a long day on the water, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. And I can’t forget about the breakfasts – they were absolutely delicious! Fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day before heading out to the beach again. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect location, fantastic staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great food. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay – especially kite surfing enthusiasts!"

Breakfast isn’t buffet style and you pre order the night before what you want which we found a bit odd. Lots of house rules do’s and don’ts and silly extra charges for beach towels/ replacement clean beach towels. But staff were very helpful and polite and made us feel welcome"

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was good, though it could have a bit more variety. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel that offers good value for money. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next Boracay trip!"

Also, the wifi connection is terrible - it is slow and won’t let you browse, it even booted us out. I would not recommend this place for people who would need to work online while on vacation.
