"Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option."

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. One highlight is the hotel’s airport transfer service. It is significantly faster and far more comfortable than the standard transfer options on Boracay. The additional cost is absolutely worth it, especially if you want a smooth and hassle-free arrival. However, despite being marketed as a 5‑star resort, it does not fully meet that standard. Realistically, it aligns more with a solid 4‑star experience. The main shortcomings are: Breakfast & Dining - The breakfast is quite simple and feels like a basic buffet without any special touches. - No custom orders or special requests are accommodated. - There is, for example, only one type of juice available. - The dinner offerings also fall short of what you would expect from a true 5‑star hotel. Services & Room Amenities - The services provided are functional but not luxurious. - Room amenities and overall hotel facilities are good but not exceptional. Overall Verdict Despite not living up to its 5‑star branding, the Henann Garden Resort offers very good value for money. It’s a great choice if you’re looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the beach in a comfortable, well-kept environment. If you’re expecting true luxury, you may be disappointed — but for a relaxing holiday with good service and a fair price, it’s definitely worth considering."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Boracay. Overall, the service, rooms, and facilities were all at a very high level. The reception team was always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their professionalism really made our stay more comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We stayed with breakfast included, and the breakfast selection was tasty and varied. Due to the high number of guests, sometimes certain dishes were not replaced immediately, and there were moments when some trays were empty. However, they were usually refilled within about 10 minutes. We had dinner at the hotel once and chose the buffet option. Everything was delicious. For a small additional fee, unlimited alcohol was available. There was also live music, which created a great atmosphere. The rooms were fully equipped with all necessary amenities, which were regularly replenished. Housekeeping was excellent — everything was cleaned properly, and we had no complaints at all. The location is convenient, approximately 7–10 minutes walking distance to White Beach. We also used the hotel’s transfer service to the airport on our departure. The price was 850 pesos per person, and it was fully organized, including all transfers between islands. It was very convenient and stress-free. Overall, the hotel is excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."
