CCrisel MarquinaHad our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered!
Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D
Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage.
Points for improvement:
Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities.
i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them.
e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans.
Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉

We had a medical emergency during our stay and had to ask for assistance. They immediately provided wheel chair and assisted us to the nearest clinic. We waited for 5 hours in the said clinic and one of the staff stayed there with us.
Will definitely be back. Thank you Mandarin Nest!

CChelley BWe had a wonderful stay at Hue Hotels Boracay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly — they always made us feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we truly had a great experience and would love to stay here again! 🌴✨

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect, especially for enjoying the beach. We especially loved the slippers provided, which were very convenient to use by the shore.
We also want to commend the delicious breakfast offerings. Our family truly looked forward to it every morning, and it became one of the highlights of our stay.
Most importantly, we want to recognize the excellent customer service we received from your team. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, there was no welcome amenity whatsoever – no cocktails, no refreshing hand towels that others mentioned in their reviews. On top of that, the room lacked essentials like toothbrushes, coffee, and tea. The shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty.
The breakfast was terrible: if you didn't grab what you wanted fast enough, it was gone. Pineapples ran out and were replaced with watermelon; waffles ran out and were replaced with pancakes. Black coffee was free, but cappuccino cost extra, and you couldn't even order it (I stood at the bar for about 5 minutes, and no one paid attention).
Breakfast was extremely crowded, leading to chaos and no clean tables. You had to chase down staff just to get forks, spoons, and glasses.
After breakfast, we returned to our room to find toothbrushes had been placed there. So, they simply forgot them on the first day (we hadn't even mentioned it).
However, the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was so magnificent that everything else felt minor.

The only downside was that the room tended to get very damp — even from small things like spilling water on the floor or leaving the bathroom door open. Because of this, I had to call room service quite often. Another downside is that the hotel is quite far from Stations 1–3. They do offer a shuttle service, but it needs to be booked at least 2–3 hours in advance. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.
