Mercedita RagatThe location is very good because it’s beach front and just right there at DMall.
Staff are friendly and helpful
The foods at the buffet are great
The one thing I don’t like is the policy that I need give deposit 1500 pesos per night of our stay. We stay for 4 nights so I need deposit of 6000 pesos. This policy freaks me out. How if I only have 6000 pesos budget to enjoy the small buys in Boracay ? Im not gonna enjoy it because this hotel hold my money and take note they want cash.
So sorry Mandarin Nest I think you need to review this policy. This is not friendly for the guest who have budgeted money.
We are returning balikbayan just want to enjoy the beauty of Boracay and other tourist attractions here in the Philippines.
Well this is my experience in this hotel. I hope the management of this hotel review this Hindi maka masa maka eletista polisiya nang inyong hotel.
God bless Mandarin Nest

So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to.
So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here.
Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs.
I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price.
I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Again....5.5 to 10 is my rating on this motel/hotel.

LuzanneWe had a truly wonderful 12-day stay at Ondus Hotel and enjoyed every moment. From the day we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and incredible help from the staff. Every team member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
Although the hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast, there are five delicious options to choose from each morning, and every meal was fresh and satisfying. The pool area is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful, relaxing space — and the hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the beach.
During our stay, our family unfortunately became extremely sick. The hotel is understandably strict about stains on linen, but despite this difficult situation, we were treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and support. That meant so much to us.
After 12 days, we truly feel Ondus is a hidden gem with the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Mary Rose EsguerraWhat we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

We were very happy with our stay at Belmont Boracay. We arrived ahead of the checkin time and they gave us a complimentary early check-in. Sir Ivan and the rest of the staff was so accomodating. There is a free shuttle going to dmall but of course you need to schedule ahead of time. Breafast is good, I can say not a lot of choices but all are delicious. We had our dinner at the hotel and the food is sooo good. The location is far from the center but this is what we want not crowded and not so many people. There is also an atm in the lobby and 7eleven nearby. Overall, our stay here was great, recommended for families and for those who want serene and less crowded place.

Anonymous UserWe love the hospitality of the hotel, the room is clean and so organized. What we don't like is the breakfast, the egg station chef fogot our omelet for 2 times, we keep on following up and got so frustrated. The breakfast was not that delicious, but we are grateful for many choices of food. We like the pool and the consideration of the staff for using the pool towel on our splash at the beach.

Guest UserWe had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay during our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and greetings every day.
The hotel surprised us with a beautiful anniversary room setup—a lovely swan towel arrangement shaped into a heart, balloons, a complimentary cake, and a heartfelt anniversary greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special.
We also loved the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service to D’Mall and, most especially, the seamless airport-hotel-airport transfer. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free, making our trip stress-free from start to finish.
We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the reception staff member who was on the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift (July 13). We weren’t able to get his name, but he went above and beyond for us. Our Pitik sa Keyhole photo hadn’t arrived before we checked out, and he proactively offered to personally send it to us via LBC. He took our contact details and handled everything for us without us even asking. That level of initiative and genuine care is something we truly appreciate.
Thank you, Savoy Hotel Boracay, for making our anniversary so memorable. Your excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly special. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boracay. Highly recommended! ❤️

KARL ERVIN TIBIOHad a wonderful stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and value in Boracay.

Pros
The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great! They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.
Cons
Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
