Fairways is a well established resort and run well. For the affordable price, you can only imagine that it is very busy and that there are a lot of people. Pros: The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The resort has a few different restaurants to choose from and lots of different amenities such as a gym, swimming pools, pickle ball etc. The reception and all staff is very friendly! Cons: Upon checking in, we waited an hour to get checked in and after a long day of travel that can be disappointing. The lady at reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room but overall the check in process should be smoother for such a big resort. There was also a lot of noise on the floor that we stayed at so if you want a relaxing stay without loud people, maybe consider a different place or choose more expensive room to be further from other people. Another “bad” point is that the resort is very big and although they have shuttle busses to take you around in the resort, most of the time you have to wait for them and they can be crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities!

Our family really enjoy our stay in azalea.. a very nice and big bedrooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.. and I really love the most is when we check in there is no hassle and it didn't take too long and also they did not take a deposit.. and also the staff are nice.. thank you..hope to see you soon🫰🫰💜💜💜

We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff are top-notch—consistently delighting guests with their exceptional service. Our honeymoon became an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We didn’t feel the need to explore other options in the area because the hotel offers so much. The live band at night added to the great atmosphere, and the food was fantastic—especially the DON VITO BURGER! A special shoutout to the staff who made our stay seamless: • Sir Jeff (Restaurant Manager at night, if we got the name right) – very polite and attentive. • Sir Israel – always starts the day with a cheerful smile, making mornings even brighter. • Jhen (Restaurant Associate) – super friendly and always ready to offer great alternatives when needed. The Front Office Team also deserves recognition for making our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to the associate who helped us reprogram our lost key card—your assistance was greatly appreciated! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back.

Good room and the employees are great. Very affordable to stay. All staffs are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying.

We had BIG TROUBLE in checking in. The app says 2:00pm But the standard time was actually 3:00 for boracay hotels Weve been staying to the lobby from 12:00nn to 3:00pm. Imagine the 3 hours waiting frame. We requested if we could have early checkin, they said they are cleaning the room everytime we ask them since 12nn. We waited 3 hours hearing the same thing “the cleaning is still ongoin”. It actually ruined our happy vacation. We were so stressful and its so inconvenient to argue with the lobby receptionist. It actually ruined our first day. Telling them that the cooking said we could checkin by 2:00pm. Everything feels so fucked up. The Trip.com even offered if we want to cancel the booking, imagine arriving in the hotel and my accomodation would mighht been cancelled. Imagine the possibility that we might look for other hotels to stay. But they gave us the room around 2:50 and told us we could late checkout by 2:00pm the other day. But, The Room was amazing and our private pool was amazing as well. Its even better than our hennan room. Altabriza offers more premium feel in terms of their room. The bed is nicer as well. I totally love the room after all the inconvenience. Might come back here because i totally like the room than hennan. The location is great its near with everything. The bfast buffet is just one of the saddest part of the hotel. So better save the money and dont book with breakfast. They just offer egg,rice and hotdog for mains. They could even just add even one premium food like tapa, corned beef or bacon. They should at least offer a proper breakfast. They have pancit bihon and soup. But it doesnt make sense to have bfast to a hotel with only that food. They have salad and bread, but still it doesnt feel any appetizing at all.

The hotel is new, service is great, they really strive to make it feel nice… but… NO WiNdows! The each room have a glass wall facing the interior, so no natural light in the rooms. The worst part: glass is not a great noise isolation material so was very noisy! We checked out one day in advance even if prepaid. Hard to understand how an architect can design a hotel as it is a shopping mall. Ground floor is a food court so the noise came up from very early until late. Staff was amazing …

The Red Coconut Beach Hotel sits right on Boracay's famed White Beach, offering a prime spot for beach lovers—just a short 100-meter walk to the water's edge from your room. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, and while the pool wasn't used during my stay, the proximity to the ocean made up for it. The rooms are spacious, though the decor is a bit outdated, but the highlight is definitely the balcony overlooking the stunning ocean views. Despite ongoing construction, the noise was minimal and didn't disrupt our stay, especially during breakfast, where a satisfying array of hot and cold dishes awaited. However, it would be nice to see a bit more variety in the fruit selection. The hotel restaurant tends to get busy, but the live music performances and captivating fire shows are worth sticking around for. As expected along the *****, the evenings can get loud until around 11 pm, but the quality of the music and the option to enjoy it from your balcony make it enjoyable. My room was 406. The lack of stairs to the fourth floor might be a concern for some, but the attentive staff are more than happy to assist with luggage. Overall, The Red Coconut Beach Hotel offers a comfortable stay with its excellent location and friendly service, making it a great choice for those looking to explore Boracay.

Seawind has superb service with polite and courteous staff to begin your day. Although it’s facilities are not as modern as others that has proliferated Boracay, it’s still a great place to relax considering the quietude of station 1. The buffet breakfast has decent variety and servings. The massage ladies are at your beck and call - and they do great foot massage! Best of all, the price is competitively affordable.

The arrangement of the rooms is quite awkward. Although there is a balcony, when you go out, you will look at each other in the opposite room. There is indeed a problem with toilet drainage Take a shower and the whole room will be wet Apart from sharing the same beach with Lind, there is nothing good about it. no hairdryer The hotel shuttle to Dmall is only until 5 o'clock No advance notice Then the driver often goes out and lets you take a taxi. There were too few guests when I went there. There is no buffet breakfast at all. Breakfast is terrible. I suspect it’s because there are so few people. The chef just left work and let the apprentices cook whatever they want.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.
