Boracay Island Balabag 4-star Hotels

I love how the location is strategically located in the heart of Boracay. The hotel is just a few meters away from pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The front desk was also helpful and gave excellent recommendations and where to go while in Boracay. They also have a transportation partner where you can book pick-up and drop-off arrangements from and to the airport. Special thanks to Amina and the rest of the front office team for my mom's birthday set-up!

I like everything about Fairways, it’s private and exclusive. Everything is here. They offer complimentary service for you to go around the facilities. They have 4 pools and a private beach. Thank you for your warm welcome, complementary room upgrade and a birthday set up. I really recommend here and will definitely book again soon. Its a really must try.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The resort is aesthetic, clean, and offers a lot! It is beach front and also near D Mall and many restaurants so you won't have a problem going around. But what sets them apart from the rest of the hotels in Boracay is their service. We were extremely satisfied with the service of the staff, as they were corteous and always ready to help and assist you. We only stayed a night but we felt how truly amazing the Coast experience was. They even drove us to our next resort, which was a surprise for us because they really didn't have to do that but they did! We're already looking forward to coming back here. ❤️

Everyone is very respectful, accommodating, and approachable. My family is pampered. Sometimes you don't have to ask. They can anticipate what you need. The room is very clean. I was amazed with their scented rest room. They have something like infuser that keeps their rest room scented. I hope they would continue doing that. The front desk people are really nice. The guy who checked us in even look for us, since we don't have phone to communicate with him,to inform us that our room is ready. I forgot his name, but we checked in Dec 19. Another lady who assisted me was Sheena. Everytime we call, they respond immediately even late at night and early as 2am. The food is great! They have a variety of choices everyday with their buffet. All resto staff are nice! I just remembered 2 names of staff, Rene Sullaga and Benedict. But EVERYONE is really nice. My kids are amazed with the customer service here. The cost is worth!!! We would love to go back here in Astoria.🥰

Overall Stay: 8/10 Location: Incredible. It is strategically located at the center of Station 2 (DMall Area). Right outside the lobby frontdoor, you will be welcome with all the nearby restaurants, cafés and shops. Entertainment within the property: Excellent. During our 3-night stay, there was an acoustic band playing at the La Plaza. We loved their peruvian chicken skewers. Lobby staff: Average. This resort is a busy one. Many guests coming in and out, every day. So probably the reason at most times not all staff are friendly/welcoming. Even in quiet hours like early afternoon, you will not hear any greetings of that sort. Room: Superb! It was spacious, cozy and comfortable linens and bed. Housekeeping: Don't forget to switch on the 'for housekeeping' button at the right side of the door. We are amazed how the cleaning staff met our expectation because they not only clean the room but go beyond arranging toiletries and clutter. Downs: 1. No detachable hangers at closet. So we have to maximize hanging at the tub to dry out or clothes. 2. No rack as well where could conveniently hang and airdy wet clothes after soaking at the beach. 3. Could be crowded. Overall comment: Would recommend this place to family and friends who wants to maximize their short-stay in Boracay.

The location is very good, the white sand beach is just outside the door. Good breakfast, kids like it. Having breakfast on the terrace facing the sea is actually quite cool if you are not afraid of the heat outside. Disadvantages: The Internet celebrity hotel next to it has a music party, which is very noisy at night. It seems that it ends at 1 o'clock on weekends and ends at 11 o'clock on weekdays. If you can't stand the noise, don't make a reservation. Also, the hot water is sometimes unstable, which affects the experience of showering. The last child stays, regardless of whether there is an extra bed or not, there will be an additional charge.

Had a wonderful and awesome stay at Boracay Havens suite with several family members for vacation and to attend a wedding celebration. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast buffet included with variety of food. The white sand beach is a short walk. The gorgeous sunset is a must see. The D malls are walking distance. There are numerous restaurants along the beach. Several side trips are available on boats to see surrounding islands, snorkel, dive, and parasailing. We had booked through BiA watersports activity who had friendly, helpful staff. I miss this place and would love to return someday.

There is no need to say about the location. The beach is three meters away from the beach. When the tide is high, it is a dozen steps away from the sea. Just put on a swimsuit in the store and go barefoot to the sea (don’t forget to come back and wash your feet). Go out and turn left at the first intersection to go to D-mall, and it will only take two or three minutes to walk. The entrance on the first floor is the restaurant and bar, and there are performances at 6:00 and 8:00 in the evening. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and you will see a lot of smiles and greetings here. I will consider staying here next time. I could not stop myself from writing a letter of appreciation to your esteem hotel “Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel” for making our stay in the top memorable stays to share with friends and family for years to come. We were staying at your property from May 5th, 2023 to May 12th, 2023 and I was there with my fiancée celebrating our recent engagement to one another. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Manila (Conrad and Grand Hyatt) just to name a few. No other hotel compares to Mandarin Island Hotel when it comes to staff going above and beyond to accommodate your every need to feel like a VIP. I must say that all the requests were kept in mind and fulfilled to the highest quality service level I have experienced in my 29 years working for the US Government and being schooled on Presidential protocol etiquette in hospitality area for VIPs. From the time of booking Ms. Dylan and Lili were true experts and asking all the right questions and providing the perfect accommodations with choosing the right room (Ambassador Suite) and requesting the private transportation to and from the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by Mandarin driver to transport us to Mandarin private jet boat. I was highly impressed when I was greeted by the Hotel General Manager Lili (this was icing on the cake VIP treatment). We were then transported by private hotel vehicle to a private entrance to the hotel. We were in total aww!! Hard to believe service can better than our arrival, but I stand correct, because service just did that, get better!! For example, every morning at breakfast Ms. Exzelen and Mr. Israel (Managers), Kathleen (server) would setup a table for us with the best view of the beach every morning. Another example of the awesome service, Mr. Jeff (night manager) and Jenson (server) made sure our wine glass was never empty, they both even went out of their way to exchange our seats for more comfortable seats. My Fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our dream vacation stay. The Mandarin Island Hotel staff makes this the top luxurious stay for us and we will certainly recommend Mandarin Island Hotel to all our family and friends.
