Novotel Hotels in Bordeaux

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Very clean standard room, good service! The central church in the location, the business district is very close, the price is moderate!

Hotel perfectly located, very convenient baggage service, charming staff,calm despite the proximity of the tram To see the cleaning of the unfortunate rooms*****t, we stayed there 2 nights but the room was not cleaned the draps just pulled with the bed more or less made,the toilets were not cleaned, the room bag was not aspired and there was also a wallpaper we had to go back to the reception so see again for a 4 stars Otherwise at top
