"Very bad experience. When checking in, we found that the air conditioner in the room was broken. It was 27 degrees outside, and the room was small and very stuffy inside. The hotel is next to the train track. If you open the window, the noise is very loud. We went downstairs and took the front desk to the room to demonstrate the problem of the air conditioner. He said he would fix it but there was no way to change the room. It was speechless. My husband and I told him that we did not accept rooms with problematic facilities and needed to cancel the reservation for the next two days. He said he would ask the manager for instructions. We left the hotel to go out for dinner and informed Ctrip customer service. When we returned to the room at night, we found that the air conditioner was still broken. We asked the front desk and were told that they could not do anything. The attitude was very bad and said it was not their problem. In the end, we opened the window and endured the noise for a night. The next day, after many coordinations from Ctrip, we agreed to check out. This kind of bad business should be removed from the shelves!"

"I am very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I arrived, a foul smell of sewage invaded the entire room, making the atmosphere stifling and unpleasant. The smell was so strong that it caused throat irritations throughout the stay. It was unbearable and completely ruins the experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel as long as this problem persists."

"Location: It's a 15-minute walk from the train station. The tram only goes as far as the station, so you still have to walk the rest of the way. The road is quite quiet; I walked it at night and early in the morning and didn't see many people, so I assume it's relatively safe. Amenities: The hotel lobby is super fashionable—I wouldn't have guessed it was a hostel! The room decor is also quite unique. The only thing I didn't like was having to crawl into the bunk bed from the foot end, like a worm trying to get into bed. 😂 Overall, the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. If you don't mind the distance, it's definitely worth recommending."

"We chose this hotel because it's right next to the clinic (barely a 3-minute walk), and we can confirm it was an excellent choice. The staff are very efficient, respectful, and always smiling (which is rare enough to be worth mentioning). The superior studio is very spacious and also has a small dishwasher. Highly recommended. My only suggestion is to put an ashtray in front of the main entrance."

Overall, the rooms are relatively spacious but comfortable. If you don't like red wine, I wouldn't recommend the medieval town. You absolutely must go to Akashon for oysters—delicious and inexpensive! The sand dunes are also well worth visiting!"
