酸菜魚The hotel is fine for a conference stay, cleanliness is acceptable. The staffs were polite and helpful. However the area has lots of insects, we have flies and mosquitoes entering our room daily so it's quite annoying. The hotel has very limited amenities , for example, it does not provide slippers so you will have to take your own. Another problem is that the shower area is very tight and the glass door does not close, you will wet the whole toilet floor after using.

Overall, I liked everything; the hotel is new. However, there's practically no space in the room. On the bright side, there's a fully equipped kitchen, though you have to take turns using the toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. There are rooms on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. We didn't like the room we were initially given, so they changed it, and the 'bellboy-housekeepers' helped us bring the luggage down. If someone arrives or leaves at night, you can hear the rattling of suitcase wheels because of the uneven flooring. Overall, I liked everything. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

Guest UserLovely little room not too far away from the centre of all things happening in the centre.tranaport links are really good and the public transport system itself is so efficient.
The room has a small kitchen filled with essentials for cooking light meals - hob, microwave and kettle. Sink prepared with things to wash dishes too. Also delighted to find we had a drip stand coffee machine!
The room is compact but absolutely everything you need. There is a huge gate at the front of the property which means it's really safe. Neighbourhood was ok but would be walking quickly if I was on my own, however I didn't feel the need to get a taxi once.
Bathroom has a hairdryer!
Lovely graffiti artwork around the property as well.

Disappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

Guest UserCalm and conveniently located in Bordeaux's Bacalan neighbourhood with plenty of bars and eating options, as well as the ”Cité du Vin” and easy access to the centre, and train station via the tramline.

Guest UserThe apartment was clean and nice, however a number of things needed maintenance attention, particularly the aircon which did not work and the room was seriously hot on entering. I messaged the company for assistance due to the language barrier and received no reply. On checking out I mentioned the aircon to be told they only had heating in the building. The controls of the unit clearly showed cooling and heating so I feel this comment was not accurate. Could have been a really nice experience but we sweltered through 2 nights of discomfort so we’re pretty disappointed.

The location is very good, very close to the train station. Service can be, but not the most warm and thoughtful.

For a multinational competition team, having a microwave oven, kitchen and refrigerator can solve too many problems. Of course, it would be even better to have an oven and washing machine. The bed in the bedroom is good, but the sofa bed is really uncomfortable. It can be comfortable even with air conditioning during the hottest hours. There is a Carrefour city nearby, but the price is a bit expensive. If you want to go to Lidy, a cheap supermarket, you have to take the tram for two stops, but you can walk there . After the tap water in France is burned, there is a lot of scale. If it is unacceptable, buy pure water.

Hello, I'm going to write in English and French.
Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students)
Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom
The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view
I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better.
Peace ✌️🕊️
