"If you are travelling to Bordeaux with a train, the hotel is just around 10 minute walk away. It is slightly further away from the city centre, However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to the centre in just few minutes. We booked the room with king bed and the room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. The shower was great and can’t recommend it enough. The bed was also amazing and very comfortable. There is room service everyday if you would like that also. However, there are few things to mention such as the aircon which didn’t work particularly great. We have put it on the minimum temperature setting which is 19 degrees and the room was definitely not getting cold enough. Additionally, the TV remote at times didn’t work particularly great which isn’t a big issue but something to note. We also had purchased breakfast with our room and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone planning to stay here. Variety of choice and personally one of the few things I always wanted at hotel breakfast was to be able to do my boiled eggs the way I want to have it and you can at this hotel as there is a container with boiling water which you place your eggs in which was pleasantly surprising for me. Another thing I would also mention for breakfast is the waffle machine which also was used everyday of the stay. Staff are friendly and it is very easy to check in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just bear in mind the aircon may not be great."

"A bit quirky modern decoration, but the room is quite big, and everything is super clean with helpful staffs at all time (can feel the Marriott signature here). Gina restaurant on level 9 is not bad at all though a relatively limited a la carte menu (restaurant is also breakfast place with a very good breakfast buffet). There is also an indoor pool on level 9, great for winter though level of chlorine was quite high (so you don't soak as long as u wish?). I have not used the Gym, but equipments are aplenty and seems inbgood condition. Very good modern and functional hotel, only 10mins drive from downtown Bordeaux."

"Great hotel. Walking steps to main station. Beautiful city. Bathroom was excellent, only all tv chanells was all in french (no complain about it though). Arrived late night , the feont desk man was very polite, a true french person 😃."

"🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that."

"The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the whole process of guidance from entering the door to staying. The rooms are modern and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are high-end and the wet and dry are separated. Daily cleaning is meticulous and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure holiday, it is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!"
