在景區有這種設施完善的酒店超出預期。餐廳價格也不亂漲價，和在外面吃差不多，關鍵方便，房間衞生再做仔細一點就更好了。冬天有地暖，夏天有空調，酒店服務也比較滿意。希望酒店越做越好。

性價比非常低，聽海房型非常小，而且並不靠近湖邊，不能直接看到湖。天窗開不了，看不到星星。熱水器熱水也不充足，每個人洗澡不超過15分鐘，還要間隔30分鐘。但是房間內設施還是比較齊全的。早餐選擇少，不好吃。總之性價比比較低，有錢的話可以來體驗一下。

房間乾淨、整潔，設施齊全，配置高級，屋頂可打開觀星，有空調和地暖，有陽台，陽光可曬到房間裏，早晨周圍的景色很美，早餐也很豐富，不愧是賽里木湖周邊排名第一的高檔酒店。

非常滿意的一次入住！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。入住時還貼心贈送了早餐。最驚喜的是凌晨看到了滿天繁星，太美了。服務更是無可挑剔，我們沒趕上早餐，前台還幫忙打包；退房後不慎遺失耳機，酒店也及時找到並寄回。如此周到，下次來賽里木湖還會入住。

就在景區門口，景色沒有遮擋，看日出日落都是不錯，就是星空房有點雞肋，頂部打不開，旁邊窗簾打開是看不明白的，還是得出去看！日夜温差非常大，酒店地暖非常足，星空房我們入住比較早（下午3:30，非常熱，空調開不住，我們坐門口吹風，到了晚上很舒服，不冷，熱水也夠，我們定的不含早餐，酒店送了我們兩份！景區沒東西吃這兩份早餐很及時！總的來説，硬件條件和自然景觀條件都還是不錯，淡季價格也還可以，如果來體驗普通房型就行，不需要星空房了

房間比想象中好很多！看到其他評論説衞生間的門漏風，確實不嚴，但完全沒有影響，而且設計很合理，衞生間和洗浴是不透明的，各房間之間互相不影響。地暖超級燙腳房間很暖和，地墊也比其他酒店都軟和厚。最重要的是菜品超級好吃，完全超出意料，每個工作人員都很熱心❤️對於常年在熱帶的人來説這次旅行真友好

10月來賽里木湖太美了，選擇住在能看見賽湖的潮剋星空營地更是讓人意外的驚喜，酒店會提前打電話確認入住時間並提醒注意安全，到達後很快就辦好入住，行李也有行李車送到房間門口，更是贈送了早餐，早餐也很豐盛，餐廳也會提供晚餐，很方便，房間設施齊全完善，準備的十分充分，10月賽湖已經零下，但房間地暖超級暖和，特別特別滿意的入住體驗，強推
