Things in the room not working, like air conditioning conditioning in this extreme heat, wall light, not working, blinds falling down, some staff that are not very helpful. The hotel itself looks nice restaurant and bar.

Receptionist （female）unbearably rude for no reason. No service etiquette at all. The male receptionist at the second morning is quite nice. Bournemouth people are quite nice. The only unpleasant experience happens here at the hotel. Won’t rebook for this particular reason.

Very good customer services very good members of staff always when I go to Bournemouth I stay the same hotel I recommend all my friends and family to stay there.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and cleanliness to a very high standard. There was some noise from other guests rooms but that can’t be helped, suggest taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and plan on an early night. Had a terrific stay and would return. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even helped me carry my suitcase up as I had a weak arm.

In fact, sanitation and services are OK,
But when I first went in, I was very angry. I was arranged in the corner of the second floor. There was no elevator, and I had to carry the suitcases up. It was clearly a parent-child room, but it turned into a double bed room. The hotel said that there was no room and returned it to us. At that time, the information provided by Ctrip was wrong, so an extra bed was given to me, and the room became very crowded. The toilet is huge. The desk lamp by the table also fell off, which looked dangerous.
Only the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on during this trip, not too soft.
