The front desk of the hotel is very nice. Arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning flight and arranged to check in directly. It was very good. The dining and small supermarkets around the hotel are very convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Macy's. The induction cooker, microwave oven, and tableware are complete. The fly in the ointment is a suite, but it is basically a large room without a partition door, and it still affects each other. The sanitation of the room is not cleaned every day, you need to find room service. Room air conditioning, refrigerator noise is relatively loud.

This was an incredible property to stay at. The staff was amazing and the hotel is perfect. Couldn’t ask for better amenities, ambiance and comfort. Will definitely be back

The lobby was very welcoming with many sitting areas and a bar. Room was very clean and comfortable. Accoutrements in kitchen was excellent. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious.

First time visitors
Great location for Seaport area. Friendly and informative staff. Buffet could be better. Very basic. Rooms very good but a welcome brochure explaining room amenities and maybe overview local attractions and eating venues would be a good addition.

For the typical price point in the Seaport district, this hotel met high expectations. Complimentary breakfast was nice to start the morning before exploring city. Enjoyed the decor of the interior with industrious theme with exposed wood joists, brick, piping giving soul and attitude. Great that mgmt cares and maintains condition of rooms overseeing workmanship and details. This is the hotel that meets my family needs.
