📍 6 W Broadway, South Boston, Boston
★★★ 9.0 (45 reviews)

"Great location right next to Broadway RedLine metro. The hotel is very clean and quiet for a good sleep. It will be even better if can install more lighting inside the room. Room size is also good for a family of 3."

The College Club of Boston

The College Club of Boston

📍 44 Commonwealth Ave, Back Bay, Boston
★★★ 9.3 (120 reviews)

"A very warm and welcoming hotel. Although the bathroom was shared, it wasn't inconvenient at all; it was very clean. Despite being on a street, the hotel was very quiet. A welcome letter was left next to my pillow upon check-in, which was very thoughtful; I took it home as a souvenir. The small restaurant on the first floor always had cookies and fruit, and you could get your own water and coffee. This was the least hotel-like hotel I've ever stayed in because it felt like home."

Encore Boston Harbor

Encore Boston Harbor

📍 1 Broadway, Everett
★★★★★ 9.5 (214 reviews)

"The casino was packed, really lively on the weekend. The outdoor scenery was beautiful, and the views were great!"

Club Quarters Hotel in Boston

Club Quarters Hotel in Boston

📍 161 Devonshire St, Financial District, Boston
★★★★ 9.0 (54 reviews)

"Could do with some updating, particularly the reception and lounge. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We asked for some glasses in reception and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them. The coffee pods in the room weren't topped up every day and one morning, a half used bottle of hand-wash appeared (not ours nor the hotel brand). The doors had big gaps around them letting in a lot of light and noise, especially the bathroom door which had a huge gap at the bottom so not very private."

Arcadian Hotel Brookline

Arcadian Hotel Brookline

📍 1200 Beacon St, Brookline
★★★ 8.5 (143 reviews)

""Just an ordinary business hotel. "I chose this hotel because the room rate was cheap, but the unexpected parking fees and service charges ruined my mood. A significant amount of extra money was added to the bill."

The Boston Hotel

The Boston Hotel

📍 40 Mt Hood Rd, Brighton, Boston
★★ 7.6 (51 reviews)

"Perfect for what we needed close to venue and great restaurants. Chipping paint, sticky floor and noisy refrigerator. Bed was clean and soft breakfast was nice and cookies at midnight were amazing."

The Atlas Hotel

The Atlas Hotel

📍 40 Western Avenue, Allston, Boston
★★★★ 9.2 (115 reviews)

"Excellent! The location, ambiance, and service were all very comfortable and pleasant."

"I had a pleasant night stay. Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was friendly, I booked for 2beds (not sure why I needed two beds when traveling solo) the front desk staff asked me if I would like a king bed instead of two queens. I thought that was thoughtful! Room was BIG! And sparkling clean! Especially the shower area (I love the shower-only layout as opposed to a tub) which was very spacious. The white lighting in the bathroom was bright and gentle at the same time. For some reason one of the shower sliding door kept sliding open by it self while I was in shower and it kept me busy shutting it closed while showering 😂😂 The lighting in the room was plenty, it just took me awhile to figure out the location of the switches on each light, I wish there is a central control. The best part of the room for me is the auto controlled window curtain feels like in a theatre seeing the curtain closing slowly and smoothly when a button is pressed 😄"

"The location is super convenient, right in downtown Boston. The environment is lovely, and I was really happy with the room's decor, size, and facilities. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the lobby, were all very friendly, and the housekeeping team did a thorough job. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable. Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges. I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use them and was not even aware I would be charged for them."

Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotels in Boston

"I recently experienced one of the worst customer care situations I have ever encountered. Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, all of my flights were canceled — something completely beyond my control. Because of this, I was unable to travel as planned and needed to adjust my hotel reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel showed no willingness to cooperate. They refused to reschedule the booking under any circumstances, even though the situation was clearly caused by external events and not by any fault on my side. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they declined to modify the reservation even when I offered to pay additional fees to move the dates. In situations like this, flexibility and understanding from hospitality providers are extremely important. Many hotels demonstrate empathy when unexpected global events disrupt travel plans, but in this case there was absolutely no effort made to accommodate the circumstances. The overall experience felt rigid, unhelpful, and very disappointing. Customer service should be about supporting guests, especially during unforeseen disruptions, but that standard was not met here."

The College Club of Boston ★★★
"The room was quite unique, old-fashioned yet with a nostalgic Dead Poets Society feel. The hotel owner was very kind; I actually broke one of the facilities (sorry…), but instead of scolding me or demanding compensation, the owner was concerned and wished me a good night's sleep (the bed was really comfortable). The breakfast was simple but sufficient for basic needs, everything was reassuring, and the location was excellent."

Club Quarters Hotel in Boston ★★★★
"The hotel is very unclean you can see stains on furniture and ceiling, dust on desk and chair. And it doesn’t offer breakfast as advertised. There is no option to purchase on site. There is simply nothing. Service is also terrible. It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed in Boston and not worth the money at all. Will avoid itat all cost."
