Great
__wfo0****The room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

YYingtaoxiaojieThe hotel is located in the heart of Old Town Boston, right next to Boston Common, which is also the starting point of the Freedom Trail. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with several subway lines nearby, and it's only about a 15-minute walk from Boston South Station. The room itself was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for opening up two 20-inch suitcases, and it was very clean. I paid for 3 nights' accommodation through Trip.com, and then an additional $122 for incidentals and taxes upon arrival at the hotel. The front desk gave me three $35 vouchers, which I used for breakfast (my room rate didn't include it). There were about seven or eight main dish options for breakfast. These vouchers could also be used for drinks, fruit, snacks, etc. There's no change given; if you go over $35, it's charged to your room and settled at check-out. I also received two drink vouchers. The front desk is on the second floor, as is the breakfast area, which transforms into a bar in the evenings. My room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy. The hotel is surrounded by Chinatown, offering many Chinese restaurants.

2205988****The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. It's close to the city center, Chinatown, and the start of the Freedom Trail. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor, which was great for enjoying a cup of coffee.

GGuest UserI got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

GGuest UserConvenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals. Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

HHi there!Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!
