GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserConvenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals.
Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel.
Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

GGuest UserHotel staffs are professional. Receptionist presented a warm welcome while receiving us. They responded our enquiry swiftly.
Housekeeper are very attentive, too. Facility in room was kept in good condition. Air conditioning in room was good and running quietly.
All in all, we are satisfied with the room standard and service provided by staff.

AAnonymous UserAmazing service, amazing breakfast! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything and they are the sweetest people ever! Love how everything is super neat and tidy and near South Bay where you can basically buy everything you need there! Would recommend to stay here again!

GGuest UserLocation was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

MMiriamKPerfectly located in my favourite part of Boston in Back Bay, only 5 min walk from museums, shops, nice restaurants and live music. Spacious clean rooms, friendly service, historical design but made modern. Loved it and will definitely return here when in Boston!

KKyoung Jin AnThis was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at during my travels. It was raining during my visit, and surprisingly, the front desk told me they didn’t have any umbrellas available—quite unbelievable for a hotel of this brand. The property was under renovation, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. The restaurant was also underwhelming—not fancy or memorable at all.
If you're in the area, I recommend staying at the Sheraton just across the road. It’s a much better option.
