Boston Marriott Copley Place

We have 2 queen room. The size of bathroom is really small. When you open the bathroom door, the door almost hit the toilet seat.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The receptionist barely spoke any words when we arrived at 9pm. The WiFi was not free unless you are a member. No water provided and there may have been bed bugs. The location is great and the room is very spacious.

I was going to leave a good review for the facilities, but I am forced to leave this rating due to what happened afterwards. Hotel management has completely ignored multiple urgent emails regarding a double-charge and a serious security issue originating from their buffet restaurant. My room incidentals were already settled and deducted from my initial hold, yet I was hit with a separate, standalone charge for the exact same amount. On my departure morning, the server failed to post my breakfast check to my room tab. When I returned to check, the physical receipt was sitting abandoned on the table. Because it was a self-service buffet, I had left the tip section blank. Processing my payment manually after checkout, while leaving financial details exposed in a public area, raises major security red flags. Management refuses to reply. I am now disputing this with my bank.
