GGuest UserIt was a very comfortable housing experience. I checked in in advance and got a room upgrade for free. The guy at the front desk provided very warm and thoughtful service. I only stayed for one night because of time constraints. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I go to Boston in the future.

There is a shuttle bus at the airport, but you need to make a reservation by phone.
To wait for the bus, you need to go to the departure hall on the second floor, exit 241.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for American standards, and there are some good restaurants nearby. The overall location is a bit out of the way. Breakfast was simple but decent. They have hot water, which is a rare find in the US! There's also a well-stocked supermarket conveniently close by.

Please update your page on 3rd party platforms to reflect this. The pool has been closed for years so says the staff there…
Gym is good however, and the staff were great.
Location wise, it’s not amazing unfortunately.
A little far from downtown and the area isn’t great, quite a few people in the nearby area seem to be struggling with homelessness and *********…
But it’s close to an applebees if that’s your thing!
In conclusion.
Rooms: Good.
Location: Not good.
Pool: Doesn’t exist…
Gym: Good 👍

GGuest UserCredits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now?

Bbm998I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, with a separate kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and kitchenware, so you can cook your own food. The mattress is very comfortable and the hot water is also very good. The only problem is that the breakfast is relatively simple. After all, Americans and Chinese are different, especially in terms of food requirements. The room is cleaned every two days. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to take the subway.

SSachie Nadal ReyesThere was no drinking water given. It was good that they had a dining area but weren't offering breakfast. They had coffee and snacks from 6am to 6pm but not reliable. there were days when snacks weren't available and dining room staff weren't so helpful. cleaning was also so so and they did not fill up in room coffee capsules regularly. It was a good quiet part of town but not near enough for kids to take the walk to downtown everyday.

GGuest UserApartment-style hotel, the room is spacious, you can cook by yourself, there is a refrigerator. There is breakfast, although the variety is not very rich, but basically everything is available, the nutrition is definitely balanced. What satisfies me most is that there is hot water, which can be obtained at the front desk at any time throughout the day. The location is also very good, there are many buses around, and it is not far from the Orange Line subway station, which is very convenient for travel. There is a large supermarket across the street downstairs, which has all kinds of daily necessities. The staff are very friendly and the service is also in place. Highly recommended.
