Bournemouth Central

The Bed was average same for pillows, carpet was frayed in several places, homeless people in doorways was a definitely put off, needed further instruction on dining and room service. We also wanted a twin roomwith 2 beds. But only double was available.

Booked a room for the night only to learn in the morning that there was no room for us for breakfast. No advance notice of the need to book. A hotel with no breakfast facility is not a hotel. Never happened before in a premier inn. Who would book if no breakfast availability.

We recently stayed at The Premier Inn in Bournemouth for a family night, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. A special shoutout goes to Matt, the duty manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He arranged for our room to be ready early, which was a lovely surprise, especially since we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Not only that, but he made sure our room was decorated to make the occasion even more special. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made our daughter feel cherished on her big day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. The hotel amenities were great, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning. Thank you, Matt, for your kindness and attention to detail. You've made another perfect night at Premier Inn! We will definitely be back for more family adventures. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bournemouth!

Head board light would not turn off and flashed all night long and the handwash was so watered down it was ineffective. The room had paint missing and peeling on the wall. Generally very shabby hotel in an area with lots of people begging nearby

supetb hotel great location very quiet superb stay for my birthday week right next to pier 10 min walk to town great friwndly staff reccomended good restutant and bar comfy rooms great price about 15 min walk from train stn carpark and buses righ out side door

Good central location. Shame that in rooms with a balcony that you can’t get out onto it as there is a locked security chain. Cigarette ashtray is fixed to balcony walls that smoking guests can’t reach so instead they’re flicking their cigarette butts onto the balcony. Appreciate it’s on the guests to not litter but they are, so House keeping need to unlock the doors and sweep up! 2 minute job. That or lock the doors completely 🤷‍♀️ Letting down the reputation for cleanliness and can’t understand why head housekeeper hasn’t picked up on this 🤔 Sure ours won’t have been the only room where this is occurring
