We have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns in recent years and have found them to be of very good quality. At every venue the staff have always been very helpful and friendly, good rooms and comfortable beds and above all good food and great value for money, the Bournemouth Westbourne being no exception. great location, quiet area, really comfortable bed and pillows, great value for money, excellent, efficient and friendly staff, parking right outside hotel with competitive rates, lovely bar and restaurant serving a nice selection of meals

Another short stay here and I’ve noticed jennie is a constant throughout my visits. Jennie was amazing. Despite clearly being left in the lerch she realy worked hard to give all the customers her best service and remained cheerful, thanks Air conditioning in the room awful and just turned off as too loud to sleep. Food much better than expected and had 2 great evenings in a quiet games of card with friends in the bar.

We always visit this Hotel rooms are always clean and fresh and staff are so welcoming and helpful everyone’s so friendly especially Jennie she’s just so kind and helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in future

Normally it’s the beds you put money in to vibrate for some hotels but in this case the air conditioning in the room was broken enough to create powerful audible vibrations that resulted in myself having to choose between that or the smell of the room. Needless to say I opened the window, turned off the air conditioning and dealt with the smell.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff and good value for money. Showers are hot and powerful. Hotel is in a quiet area but close enough to the beach and centre that it is walkable. The bar was peaceful and there are drinks deals in the early evening
