Arrived from Australia & travelling around the country. Jennie greeted us & was so friendly & helpful. She even offered us her parking spot as the carpark was full. If you're ever lucky enough to come to beautiful Bournemouth, highly recommend Premier Inn. Hotel is very nice & the room had everything needed. Say gidday to Jennie as well 😊

The stay was exceptional, with an outstanding customer service from all the staff, especially Ms Jennie, who went far and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and unforgettable. The level of service was personal with a high level of attention to details.

Receptionist was very professional checked us in quickly and efficiently. Decided to eat there and what a wonderful team happy smiling really made us feel good, everyone was attentive but not overly and the steaks were delicious could have been in a top restaurant paying 2 or 3 times the price and I would not have complained thank you so much to every at Westbourne hotel we look forward to returning in the future 100%

Typical Premier Inn formula - decent value and comfy room. Thing that makes this one stand out is the staff who were all-round excellent. Limited parking but plenty of free roadside options if you're just there overnight and don't mind a couple of minutes walk. Free wi-fi poor but always the option to upgrade.

Your wifi is a con. I've sent an email off to trading standards as your desk refused a refund. Your free wi-fi is deliberately throttled. Your "Ultimate wi-fi" is 800kb/s. This is not sufficient to even update an application overnight... Streaming is impossible.

Great service and location but the rooms were dusty and dirty and full of cobwebs. The food was appalling (don’t bother paying for it) and additional WiFi charges and parking charges on top of a small room at a massive cost - the location is good but honestly don’t bother eating there

Convenient location for overnight stay before morning ferry from Poole. Walking distance to beach, shop and pubs. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Room quite small, but OK for the price. Parking £9 overnight, but free street parking nearby.
