Contemporary 3-story beach house on wonderful sandy beach with fantastic water views. At low tide you can take a two mile walk along the beach, barefoot! All wood floors (oak on first two floors, Brazilian mesquite on third), open layout on first floor ideal for entertaining, with Pella slider to 12' x 35' deck on ocean, with outdoor tables and seating for eating lobster while the sunset paints the sky. Outdoor shower on rear deck (8' x 35'.)On the second floor the two front (oceanside) bedrooms have king size beds, large closets; one has en suite bathroom w/ shower. Second full bath on same floor.
