"We loved everything about this place:Alyse and Shane's warm welcome and attentive service;the Wisteria suite;the port/chocolates;the freshly-baked afternoon tea;the delicious breakfast in the light-filled dining room overlooking the gorgeous courtyard;the art;the verandah with the rocking chairs;the garden with its abundant birdlife;the dogs;how everything was immaculately clean. We can't fault the place!"

"The room was great, and the bed was really comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel might have been fully booked that day because my room was right by the railway tracks. I was woken up several times during the night by the noise. The town itself is worth visiting, with many small shops across the street. The breakfast was excellent, and the locals were incredibly friendly."

"Awesome location. Good complementary breakfast. Has EV charging at a good rate. Max 2 cars."

Motel Melrose

"Peeling paint, cracks in walls and ceilings, in need of painting. Dripping tap and loose wall tiles in the bathroom. One light switch was not securely secured to the wall and therefore dangerous. Venetian window covering did not provide acceptable privacy. The bed was comfortable."

Peppers Craigieburn Bowral

"Stayed here a few times and everything was really nice, gardens are very pretty, good food, soft bed, nice views. Fire places in Winter. Then we were given a back room, tiny, no ventilation except if you left the common verandah room door open all night. Fridge hummed all night, bed was hard, bathroom needed a good bleach. View of facilities at the back. So sadly you need to do the upgrade to better rooms otherwise it's terrible."

"My husband and I had a very rare free weekend with just ourselves so we took a drive to Bundanoon and checked in at the Bundanoon Guest House. Highly recommend this place. Tim and Lucie are a very welcoming couple and everything is so nice and clean and well planned and thoughtout. The whole guesthouse is set out beautifully. Lovely rooms to sit in around the property and a very nice afternoon tea of scones is laid out. The included continental breakfast served in the dining room is also very good. The candles burning around the property are amazing and they are for sale. We topped off our stay with dinner at the Italian Restaurant 'Bottega B' just a 10 minute walk down the road. Amazing. Thanks Tim and Lucie, we'll be back with the family :)"
