Very easy and professional. Both checkin and checkout were after hours and the service was excellent

Nice and Clean

Great location & very friendly staff. The only negative was we booked a King Room with a balcony & the closet was soo small.

Quite old hotel, more than 50 years old, very tiny room. and wifi signal is very week. You need to get the conference WiFi from reception. But the signal is still quite weak. The breakfast costs $25, and there's not too much food. However, their service attitudeis is quite good and they wish to help you. Although the limitation comes from the hardware.

nice room, good food. rooms look very nice but are done cheap you can tell.

Friendly staff, great room and good service. However the pool that was advertised as a heated pool was located in the apartment hotel next door and is not heated/heater was out of service, which was a bummer since that was the reason I chose this hotel.

Parking is convenient, the hotel is in a good location, and there are few restaurants around. The environment is very clean

The hotel is relatively old, but the service attitude is good, but the wifi speed is a bit slow

The hotel room is a bit small, the indoor WiFi signal is not very good, and the access to China's APP is relatively slow; but the surrounding environment is very quiet, the area where the hotel is located is very safe, the hotel service staff is very warm and polite, overall satisfaction!

Friendly, professional staff. Excellent room and facilities. Close to everything in Canberra including the light rail. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was great, nothing bad to note. Really close to everything in the CBD, plenty of dining options. The staff was great.

Older building that’s been refurbished. Balcony suite but the balcony blocks the view! Good dining options, a brewery etc. a block away, easy parking, swimming pool was nice.

I appreciated the staff changing our room when the first had very poor phone reception. We had the loveliest staff member, I think her name was Elise, she was friendly, bright and nothing was too much trouble. She made our day.
