We enjoyed staying at Fitz Roy. It was a simple and comfortable place to come back to after long hikes. The stiff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

私はこの宿泊でとても素敵な思いと、すごく嫌な思いをしたのでかきます。
私たちは前日まで別のホテルに泊まっていましたが、エルチャルテンという町をとても気に入り、追加の宿泊をすることとなり、立地的にもよく目立つこちらのホテルで延泊を決めました。
チェックインからとても丁寧で町の説明やトレッキングコースなどエルチャルテンのことも多く説明してくださり、エルチャルテンで一番のホテルを選んだと実感しました。
グッズを買う時の対応、アメニティ、部屋全て申し分ありませんでした。
楽しみにしていた朝食で悲しいことが起きました。帰国の日だったので、ゆっくり朝食会場に向かいました。席を選び、豪華な朝食に感動していました。初めにパンを温める機械でクロワッサンを温めようとした時、後ろからメガネをかけたスタッフから怒鳴られました。「トーストパンのみです！ちゃんと読んでください！！」とスペイン語でした。周りのみんなが振り返るほどの大きな声でした。英語ではbread とありました。英語もスペイン語も理解できますが、あまりにも強く注意されたため泣いてしまいました。キャラメルが焦げ付くという理由を理解しましたが、私は暖かいクロワッサンを食べる習慣があるので残念でした。その後も背後で監視されるように立っていたので、緊張感の中食事をお皿に乗せました。他の2名のスタッフはとても優しく笑顔で対応してくださりました。
他は完璧なのに、最後の朝食で注意されたことでとても台無しな悪い気分で日本まで帰国しました。
しかしまた利用したいと思う素敵なホテルです。
