MM254830****Today, I arrived at Saihu. The weather was a bit bad, but the hotel still surprised me. The service was very good. As soon as our car arrived at the door, the staff helped us with our luggage and checked us in! The luggage was also delivered to the room and we were given a tour of the room! We were also given some fruit that the owner had driven to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and hygienic, and the view outside the window was nice.

SSDHKThe hotel's environment truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is stylish yet cozy, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light. I could even catch glimpses of the local scenery from the window, which instantly helped me unwind after my journey. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – it was even more spacious and comfortable. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. Every detail exuded quality.
What really stood out was the consistently attentive service. The butler proactively reached out before my check-in to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the process upon arrival, and even shared detailed recommendations for local food and attractions. Any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. From actively helping with my luggage to thoughtfully preparing local snacks, I felt a familial warmth throughout my stay. This kind of experience was truly restorative!

The room key cards are quite unique; the staff mentioned they feature photos of Sayram Lake taken by the hotel's own employees.
Having just opened in November, it's a new hotel with comprehensive facilities, impeccable hygiene, and very attentive service.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited though.

11305889****This is my fourth time visiting Sayram Lake, and I can confidently say it's the best camping base and guesthouse I've found in Xinjiang. Not only is the environment fantastic, but this trip was the best overall experience. Since I was traveling with my child for a snow vacation, and they've stayed in many hotels, we wanted something different, like a fairytale. First, upon arrival at the campsite, two staff members greeted us at our vehicle, helped with our luggage, guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The nights were incredibly warm, and the shower water was very hot – the facilities were truly unlike anything I'd seen at a typical campsite. Plus, there's a sunrise at 9:40 AM, which we could see without even leaving the hotel.

EE9411****Sailimu Lake is so beautiful that I forgot to take pictures of the hotel.
Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

MM28845****They upgraded my room for free, which was awesome! 👍 They said I could see the snow-capped mountains from it, but I woke up too early the next day to enjoy the view. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The decor was also really nice. Breakfast was plentiful too. Definitely recommended; I'd stay here again on my next visit.

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
