ZZhimahulemeThe hotel upgraded us to a suite for free, which was very spacious! Snacks and drinks were provided in the room, and the heating worked perfectly. I must especially commend the service here; out of the 7 hotels I stayed at during my 9-day trip to Xinjiang, this one had the best service! The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were comprehensive. All the staff were very polite. A special thank you for delivering a new room key to us in the middle of the night and for bringing breakfast to our room in the morning. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Environment: To ensure the closest possible location to Sayram Lake, hotels are currently not allowed within the scenic area, so this is the closest, offering many lake-view rooms. The surrounding natural scenery is stunning. It's also very convenient, with KFC, hot pot restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.
Facilities: Maintains Marriott's consistent standards. Who understands the feeling of staying at a Marriott in a remote scenic area?
Service: Breakfast and service were also impeccable.

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

MM501124****I went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

BBayuedelvxingrijiThe B&B is about 2km away from the tourist center, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. You can call the owner to pick you up. It is quite convenient to go back and forth to the tourist center.
There are gourmet restaurants around the B&B. You can choose whether you want to eat stir-fried dishes or snacks. The average price per person is about 30-100. After all, the price at the entrance of the scenic spot is normal~
The room is a loft with two floors. There is no air conditioning, but it is not cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no dry and wet separation. Taking a shower will splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a shower with a heater.
There is no socket in the toilet to plug in the hair dryer. There is only one socket in the living room on the entire first floor. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can only be used one out of three, and cannot be used at the same time because there are not enough sockets. This can be optimized.
The price is a bit high, and the cost performance is not high, but the service and internal environment are good. It is recommended to stay in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season~

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.
