The location is particularly good, the bus stop is at the door, the surrounding is full of delicious restaurants, shopping and eating do not need to detour. The Xinjiang beauty at the front desk was super enthusiastic, the check-in was very fast, and she took the initiative to upgrade the room type and sent a plate of fresh fruit. The details were too much. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and I lay down and sleep in seconds.

The curtains in the room are ”semi-automatic”, neither as easy to use as intelligent control nor as easy to use as pure manual. And the nail clippers placed at the front desk are not very easy to use. This is the only fly in the ointment. (The American coffee delivered at the front desk would be better if it could be iced American)

Entering the lobby, the young ladies serving at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Entering the room gives people a very tall and elegant feeling! To be honest, the sanitation is very clean and comfortable, and the facilities in the room are very smart. The environment is quiet, elegant and comfortable, giving people a feeling of enjoyment! Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, suitable for everyone's taste! In short, this time I came to this newly opened Lavande Hotel, and the experience is super good! I will choose Lavande again

The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the attitude was gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, well ventilated and lighted, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest at night is very stable. The infrastructure is perfect, the hot water supply is stable, the network is smooth, and the sanitation is meticulous. Very good value for money, clean and comfortable environment, full experience, very satisfied with the accommodation experience, the first choice for travel accommodation, will continue to choose to stay next time, it is worth recommending to everyone.

The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sleep is particularly practical, the disposable items are also very good, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, and the demand can be responded in time. Ssunka2iii這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。
提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
