The location is particularly good, the bus stop is at the door, the surrounding is full of delicious restaurants, shopping and eating do not need to detour. The Xinjiang beauty at the front desk was super enthusiastic, the check-in was very fast, and she took the initiative to upgrade the room type and sent a plate of fresh fruit. The details were too much. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and I lay down and sleep in seconds.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel facilities are very new, the front desk service is excellent, the room has a comfortable double bed, and it's clean and hygienic, making me feel very safe staying there. There's a laundry room on the 7th floor where you can do laundry for free. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and parking is very convenient. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserDue to the weather, the flight was adjusted. A friend who planned to stay could not be sure when to arrive at the store. He was hesitant to reserve a room for him, but he was afraid that the time for free cancellation would exceed the time, resulting in the room rate I had paid. When I was anxious, The hotel's waiter in charge of reception, Dela, helped me coordinate the duty manager, agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and can help me reserve it for free until 21 that night, which eliminated my concerns. Things are small but warm! Thanks to Dela for his kind help 👍

YYuukiUkeiThe hotel service was amazing. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to cater to my needs, and the room service ladies were always polite and punctual. The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the attitude was gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, well ventilated and lighted, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest at night is very stable. The infrastructure is perfect, the hot water supply is stable, the network is smooth, and the sanitation is meticulous. Very good value for money, clean and comfortable environment, full experience, very satisfied with the accommodation experience, the first choice for travel accommodation, will continue to choose to stay next time, it is worth recommending to everyone.

The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are worth mentioning. They really smell good. The room is clean and the glass of the 4 windows is wiped very bright. There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.

Ssunka2iii這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。
提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
