I used my points to book an early check-in. When I arrived around 9 AM, my original room wasn't ready. The manager upgraded me to a business king room, and their attitude was great. The front desk even personally delivered the breakfast vouchers and informed me of the breakfast times, showing excellent service. Room cleanliness needs better management, but I would still choose this hotel first next time.

Location is near train station but is separated by a big fenced up carpark making the walk to the hotel a very tiring one under the hot sun, not a fault of the hotel, it is already at the nearest it can be. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I asked for a smoke free room but they don't have. She offered me a room that was not occupied the previous day, so there's more time for it to be aired. The room turned up fine, I didn't smell any cigarettes smell.
