Duyun Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel offers 24/7 butler service and smart technology throughout the rooms. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and welcoming, especially the personalized services, such as the robot-delivered desserts and milkshakes in the evening, the thoughtful gift upon check-out, and free refills of windshield washer fluid. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, with over ten kinds of Guizhou specialty dishes alone. However, the hotel management is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. For example, the twin room only had one bedside table, which wasn't placed between the two beds but against the wall. There was nowhere to put things on the other bed; items placed on the side would fall off when turning over. There was very little counter space in the room, only a long table and a chair. Even eating instant noodles in the hotel required switching locations. Contacting customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another unfortunate incident was that the entire building experienced a water outage the next morning due to heavy rain in Duyun, making it impossible to wash one's face or use the toilet. However, this was unavoidable and the hotel shouldn't be entirely blamed. Also, one wall in the corner of the room had a lot of peeling paint, looking quite dirty; the hotel should address this as soon as possible. Overall, the hotel is good.

I traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself.  This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!   

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are comfortable and spotless, making you want to extend your stay indefinitely. The housekeeping is truly meticulous, and the staff are incredibly responsive to all requests.

There are a lot of hotel rooms, quite big, it is a bit stuffy, I hope to improve it, the taste is fresher, the front desk service is very good, I will call to ask if I need to clean the room, the big bed room hopes to put two chairs

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. The front desk staff are attractive and welcoming, and they proactively upgraded our room. The breakfast is quite plentiful. Taking a taxi from the hotel to Shiban Street and Xishan Bridge costs only the starting fare, which is very convenient. Parking is convenient, although the parking entrance is only 50 meters from the hotel and the signage is not very clear. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel has convenient parking and plenty of free parking spaces. When you open the window, you can see a beautiful green scenery, which is very healing. The furniture in the room is mainly wood, which is very stylish. The mattress is recommended to be in a room with a gray set. It is soft and smooth, and the feeling of contact with the skin is really amazing. I swear I am not a shill, this hotel meets my needs very well, hahahaha. PS: The aunt is very responsible, basically she will help you whenever you need anything, good review.

The environment is very good. They also gave me a file bag and a pen. There are also handwritten notes in the room. The decoration style is also very nice. The transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the door (the bus can go directly to the high-speed rail station). It is also very convenient to take a taxi.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cosy bed that helped me rest well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and a relaxing atmosphere. I would happily consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The stay experience is good, the price is very high, the breakfast is rich and I like to eat roast wheat, the waiter is also very enthusiastic, and I have a problem in time to help me deal with it.

The room was small but adequate. The wall-mounted air conditioner was fine; the central air conditioning wasn't as effective at cooling, but the airflow avoided blowing directly on the bed, making it comfortable for sleeping. Because we booked multiple rooms, we wanted the hotel to arrange them together, so we called several times beforehand but no one answered. Upon arrival, this resulted in two room changes, which was inconvenient for everyone. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel manager was very cooperative; thank you all! This hotel is one of the closest to the Da Xiao Jing scenic area, as it includes breakfast.
