Duyun Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel offers 24/7 butler service and smart technology throughout the rooms. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and welcoming, especially the personalized services, such as the robot-delivered desserts and milkshakes in the evening, the thoughtful gift upon check-out, and free refills of windshield washer fluid. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, with over ten kinds of Guizhou specialty dishes alone. However, the hotel management is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. For example, the twin room only had one bedside table, which wasn't placed between the two beds but against the wall. There was nowhere to put things on the other bed; items placed on the side would fall off when turning over. There was very little counter space in the room, only a long table and a chair. Even eating instant noodles in the hotel required switching locations. Contacting customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another unfortunate incident was that the entire building experienced a water outage the next morning due to heavy rain in Duyun, making it impossible to wash one's face or use the toilet. However, this was unavoidable and the hotel shouldn't be entirely blamed. Also, one wall in the corner of the room had a lot of peeling paint, looking quite dirty; the hotel should address this as soon as possible. Overall, the hotel is good.

The bathroom was spotless, free of water stains and grime. The overall environment was fantastic, and the room was spacious. There was plenty of space to move around freely, and I could comfortably unpack my luggage. The hygiene management was meticulous.

My stay at Ouy Hotel was incredibly satisfying. The room amenities were excellent and easy to use. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and quiet. The service was also very thoughtful; the front desk staff were warm and polite, and they responded promptly to all requests. The location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is located in the screw shell area of the core area of China's top ten famous tea Duyun Maojian, and is the only homestay inside, which was transformed by the previous tea factory. The location is unique and very superior. I originally wanted to feel this pure natural and pollution-free environment and chose to live here. Then the living experience really exceeded expectations. Not only is the scenery beautiful, the service is good, the things are delicious, and the experience is very special. The staff here are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, making us feel at home, and sent us dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. Their chickens are raised in the mountains themselves. Fish is fish in the reservoir. The really fresh eyebrows under a pot of soup will fall off. The most signature inside is their experience of picking tea and making tea. Our children really want to come again. In the morning, we picked fresh leaves in the morning. Then the staff here will take us to kill greens, rubbing, Dry, etc., and then make a piece of our own Duyun hair tip, it is a special experience!

First, the room window is located in the corridor. There was no sign indicating this in the shop, which is a serious discrepancy from the advertised pictures. Additionally, the room was a mahjong room, with a strong smell of smoke. The exhaust fan was constantly running, severely affecting rest. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the staff lacked initiative in providing service. The room's hardware, all made of solid wood, should be commended. However, compared to a good rest, everything else is extremely poor. A hotel's purpose is to provide a good resting environment; if you can't rest well, everything else is terrible.

The environment outside the hotel is very good, with birds singing and flowers blooming. It is especially quiet at night. The hotel is also very beautiful. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allows me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff's warm service makes people feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities. It is very suitable for business trips and travel. There are also parent-child rooms. I like this hotel in every aspect, with warm service, clean and tidy. I stay here every time I come to Duyun. If you drive, you have to turn around from the highway to reach the hotel. Just after passing the hotel building and turning into the right-hand road is the hotel's underground parking lot. There are obvious signs. Remember that the parking lot passage must run past the hotel building, which is right next to the building.

Taking a taxi from the hotel to Shiban Street and Xishan Bridge costs only the starting fare, which is very convenient. Parking is convenient, although the parking entrance is only 50 meters from the hotel and the signage is not very clear. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel environment is good. The room was poorly cleaned. Hairs were everywhere. The toilet had a foul odor. There was a smell inside the room. The air conditioner vent was probably broken and made a lot of noise. I didn't get a good night's rest due to the noise. The breakfast was quite good.

The room was small but adequate. The wall-mounted air conditioner was fine; the central air conditioning wasn't as effective at cooling, but the airflow avoided blowing directly on the bed, making it comfortable for sleeping. Because we booked multiple rooms, we wanted the hotel to arrange them together, so we called several times beforehand but no one answered. Upon arrival, this resulted in two room changes, which was inconvenient for everyone. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel manager was very cooperative; thank you all! This hotel is one of the closest to the Da Xiao Jing scenic area, as it includes breakfast.
