Duyun Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel offers 24/7 butler service and smart technology throughout the rooms. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and welcoming, especially the personalized services, such as the robot-delivered desserts and milkshakes in the evening, the thoughtful gift upon check-out, and free refills of windshield washer fluid. The breakfast is also quite plentiful, with over ten kinds of Guizhou specialty dishes alone. However, the hotel management is not perfect and there are some shortcomings. For example, the twin room only had one bedside table, which wasn't placed between the two beds but against the wall. There was nowhere to put things on the other bed; items placed on the side would fall off when turning over. There was very little counter space in the room, only a long table and a chair. Even eating instant noodles in the hotel required switching locations. Contacting customer service quickly resolved the issue. Another unfortunate incident was that the entire building experienced a water outage the next morning due to heavy rain in Duyun, making it impossible to wash one's face or use the toilet. However, this was unavoidable and the hotel shouldn't be entirely blamed. Also, one wall in the corner of the room had a lot of peeling paint, looking quite dirty; the hotel should address this as soon as possible. Overall, the hotel is good.

Very good hotel, including dry and wet separation double floor towels, standard five-star facilities are very complete, the children's room is very warm and the Lego blocks are all brand new. It seems that there are not many parent-child rooms on weekdays. After talking about the advantages, there are two very obvious disadvantages, which deserve special attention: 1) The ”free pick-up and drop-off service” indicated by Ctrip was understood by the hotel front desk as ”pick up or drop off, only once”, which is very funny. As the only high-star hotel option within 15 minutes' drive from Yundong Station, high-speed rail transit passengers should also be a large source of customers. It is difficult to get a taxi here because of the vast area and sparse population. How can they come up with a special service of ”only pick up but not drop off”? ! 2) At 2:30 in the morning, the room landline rang, and no one spoke after answering it for about ten seconds, and it was hung up; I immediately called the front desk to check what happened, but as of 9 am when I left the hotel, the hotel only said ”after checking the room front desk and other departments, no one called, but I don't know who called.” This security system has huge loopholes. My family thought there were bad guys scouting the place, so they were afraid to turn off the lights completely and did not sleep well all night. This is very poor service with potential for illegal and criminal activities, which should be taken seriously by the hotel.

The environment is very good, at the foot of the tea mountain and next to the reservoir, the air is super good, the room is big, clean and tidy, the waiter's attitude is also very good, patient and meticulous, and you feel at home, all of these are perfect. However, the biggest problem is the hardware, the room is super cold!!! Because it is very cool here in the summer, the room is not equipped with air conditioning, which is understandable, but it is also very cold here in the winter. The room only has an electric blanket and a heater that is better than nothing. There is no bathroom heater in the shower room, so it is so cold that I will shiver. Anyway, I will never choose this place again in winter

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are comfortable and spotless, making you want to extend your stay indefinitely. The housekeeping is truly meticulous, and the staff are incredibly responsive to all requests.

The environment is very good. They also gave me a file bag and a pen. There are also handwritten notes in the room. The decoration style is also very nice. The transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the door (the bus can go directly to the high-speed rail station). It is also very convenient to take a taxi.

The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the service was pretty good. The location was also great, and the soundproofing was excellent. I was there for an exam, and the lack of noise allowed me to get a really good night's sleep.

The legendary hotel for turtles!!! I'm a BJYX fan from Indonesia and I came to Duyun to visit BJYX related spots, and this hotel is of course one of them! Booked another hotel first, since I didn't know that the infamous make up room and telephone box is in this hotel. Tried to look for those places in Qin Han (lacked information, my bad), but then realized they're not there, and then after looking for some more information on Weibo, I decided to change the hotel for the last day to Maojian, and I'm glad I did that! Maojian is in front of QinHan Film City, so you can just walk there. Best hotel if you want to visit the film city. The receptionists don't speak English, we were communicating by Google Translate. They let me check in at around 12:30 even though the actual check in time is from 14:00. They also upgraded my room. Very happy! And since I read from the reviews on this platform, that you can take a look inside the room where our WangXian got interviewed, I tried to ask the receptionist about it and then she called people to guide me there. The guide lady is also super nice, that she even offered me to change the room to that room. It's already booked by other people though, unfortunately. But, it's okay! I roamed around the hotel after that, visiting the telephone box, jogging track, and make up room of course is a MUST! Thank you so much for keeping these spots for us, CQL and BJYX fans! Good location, in the center of the old city, eating is very convenient, the decoration is very old, the big night house came to the big bug, scared enough! It is said that the air conditioner has not been cooled in early June, but the lobby and sister's room are very cool, but ours is stuffy and hot to sleep. I woke up in the morning and found that the tap water was very small and yellow. I heard that the water was stopped at night. Room hygiene, especially the bathroom hygiene, needs to be improved. The waiter's attitude is very good, and problems can be solved in time, but this hardware can't be built, it's really a flaw.

Breakfast is delicious. The breakfast sister is very warm and has a sweet smile.

The hotel is very close to the stone-paved street. Just turn right and go downhill from the hotel exit, and you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and night markets to experience the local atmosphere. The hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary disposable bath towels and hand towels.
