Because of the Chinese New Year holiday, all the hotels were fully booked. I managed to book a room on the day of the event, which was only available on the first floor. It was probably a converted room, facing the street, and the restaurant next door was setting off firecrackers right next to my window. The room was large enough, but the cleanliness was so-so.
