MMaluerguohaibianI've stayed at this hotel about ten times since last year. I almost always choose this hotel whenever I go on business trips to Funing. The decor and facilities are relatively new. All the staff are warm and polite (they even gave me some fruit this time). I've also reported some minor issues I've encountered during my stays to the hotel, and they've all been addressed and resolved. The emotional value is full. I support it.

GGuest UserThe four-day living experience at Hanting Hotel in Suining is simply great!
I. Environment
The hotel lobby is very luxurious, with warm colors such as rice white and brown red creating a warm atmosphere. The marble floor tiles have exquisite patterns, and the red carpet on the left extends to the distance, as if welcoming every guest. The large columns in the middle of the lobby and the large vases with landscape patterns and red silk ribbons are highly decorative. The top lighting in the step-like area behind the reception desk makes the entire lobby look brighter. And the safe exit signs in the hotel are clear, which makes me feel at ease.
II. Facilities
The facilities in the front desk area are super complete. The tall shelf/display wall design is very unique, the dark metal frame is illuminated with warm yellow lights, very modern. The hourglass timer on the left is very interesting, and the charged daily necessities in the lower lattice are neatly arranged. Large electronic displays play cartoon illustrations, adding a lot of warmth to this space.
III. Service
In these four days, I can feel the thoughtfulness of the hotel service. Super intimate. The staff is also very friendly and gives people a feeling of being at home.

GGuest UserBecause of the Chinese New Year holiday, all the hotels were fully booked. I managed to book a room on the day of the event, which was only available on the first floor. It was probably a converted room, facing the street, and the restaurant next door was setting off firecrackers right next to my window. The room was large enough, but the cleanliness was so-so. It was just okay.

The hotel provides convenient services such as late check-out policy, self-service laundry room, free Wi-Fi, etc., to meet the diverse needs of passengers. The service staff took the initiative to provide play guides and local food recommendations, which improved the passenger's stay experience.
Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries, clean and tidy. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a rich breakfast selection to meet the needs of different travelers. The rooms are reasonably designed and soundproofed to ensure a good rest quality.
Hygiene: The hotel maintains a high standard of hygiene, and the rooms and public areas are very clean and tidy. The housekeeper is actively responsible to ensure that the room has no smell.

郑郑I haven’t checked out yet. In the morning, the room attendant swiped the card to open the door directly. It was very embarrassing. The door lock sensor in the room was broken. The door can be opened directly without swiping the card. I am really afraid. Fortunately, there is no loss on the property, but there is a real shadow in the spirit. Very poor stay experience
