The self-service laundry facilities are terrible! There's one washing machine (working normally), one dryer (it takes 100 minutes to dry clothes and is extremely noisy), and one washer-dryer combo (the spin-drying function is broken). They simply cannot meet the needs of our customers.

酒店服務很好，環境不錯，房間很大，前台服務員非常熱情。有地下停車場，不過在馬路對面，有些不方便，而且周圍吃飯不太方便。

整個樂園很大，依山而建，錯落有致，鳥語花香。但是應該夏天來玩水上樂園會很多人，冬天來泡温泉的極其少。公共泡池沒有開，房間帶泡池的直觀感就是煮的熱水。樹屋房比較簡陋，電視什麼的都沒有，早餐因為沒有人也很簡陋，不知道旺季會不會好點。第一天晚上去服務員很熱情引導。總體價格偏貴估計是收的熱水費。總結:泡温泉不推薦，夏天水上樂園可以考慮。
