GGuest UserThis hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Atour Hotel MixC Handan East Station this time was perfect! The lobby is super large, with a small reception area and a super large book bar. I consulted the hotel front desk and found out there are about 1,000 books. There is coffee to taste in the lobby. The front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic. They serve tea when you enter the store and warm water when you leave the store. They also thoughtfully prepare welcome fruits. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are all big brands, and the smart devices are easy to operate. There are rich varieties of breakfast, and the waitress can also make special delicacies. The gym and laundry facilities are first-class, and the service staff are always available to help. Highly recommended to friends who pursue quality, it is definitely worth the money!

RRedDragonKungFuWe had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is particularly in place, clean and tidy without dead ends, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the hot water is sufficient, and the overall living feeling is very comfortable. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the public areas are very stylish, the lobby has Guzheng and Hanfu, and the atmosphere is directly full. The service is even more intimate and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, the whole process is warm and meticulous, and the welcome fruit is prepared intimately, and the details are full. The catering aspect is also completely beyond expectations. The breakfast is rich and fresh, and there is a warm heart supper in the evening. A bowl of hot belly is particularly healing, and it is comfortable and safe to eat. The overall experience is full, really good

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel! The location is full of points, close to various points, and it saves time and effort to travel. The most surprising thing is the front desk service, the staff is warm and cheerful, humorous and thoughtful, the processing process is in one go, and the needs are solved as soon as possible. There is no stereotypical guest, and it is particularly comfortable to get along with. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very good. A super pleasant stay, the location and service can't fault it, and the next trip will still be locked here!

The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

GGuest UserThe suite is very large, the top floor is very high, and the children are very convenient to run. The balcony is transparent and you can make tea around the stove to see the scenery. There is a garden behind the hotel, the scenery is very good, the wall is recommended, and the photo is very good! The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

Llisagu0831Booked this hotel for my parents who are in their sixties. The most important thing is that it is convenient, has a good environment and is reasonably priced. Parking is very convenient in this hotel. The car can be parked directly in the ground parking lot. However, the main road in front of the door is under construction at this time. The navigation led to a small road, which was a bit congested.
The room is on the 20th floor with a wide view. My mother said that the curtains are automatic. I mainly like that there is no raised door stone in the room, which is convenient for the elderly to walk. My parents are very satisfied with the hotel!
