Hengshui Hotels with Breakfast

I stayed here last year as well and came back again this year which clearly shows how much I love staying here. It’s a wonderful hotel with clean rooms, great facilities and very helpful staff. I initially had booked a room without a window but they were very kind to change it to a room with window. I personally prefer with windows as without them it may get a bit claustrophobic. It’s my personal choice but overall it’s a fantastic hotel and I will surely recommend anyone to staying here.

The room was clean, the blankets were very comfortable, the shower had a great water pressure, parking and transportation were very convenient, and there was a New Year picture museum in front, which was definitely worth a visit.

Nice room, quiet but The service attitude is not in place. There is no parking space on the street around the location. There are few hotel-exclusive parking spaces and the passage is narrow. I couldn't find a parking space at night. I contacted the hotel staff but they were perfunctory. They came out to find a place for me and left. The car is so wide and the parking space is so narrow. There are pillars and bushes all around. Can't the relevant staff see that the parking environment is poor? If a customer has trouble parking, shouldn't you follow and watch over him until he parks his car? If you just leave the customer behind, then just ignore him. This attitude is not what a chain should have. It's so narrow and there are obstacles all around. How can I get out of the car if I park it? I can jump out from the window. Service is problematic and not in place

About 2 kilometers away from the high-speed exit, the temporary rest is much better than the service area, don't be picky, very good!
