酒店硬件還是不錯的，但服務是真拉胯。 環境非常好，出門就是大草坪，走過草坪就是湖，好多新人在這裏舉行草坪婚禮。 然而服務就比較一般了。 1.酒店贈送旁邊花海的門票，但是入住時並沒有給我們，等我們走了半天到了花海門口才得知這一訊息—來回要十幾分鍾。 2.房間來了客人，打電話讓送幾瓶水，告知酒店衹能免費送2瓶水，想要更多需付費。説實話近些年真的沒有遇到過這麼摳門的酒店了。 3.大半夜12點多敲門，説要給我們送牙刷，但我們並沒有要，問了半天才知道，服務員看錯房間號了。 4.走廊電梯間附近休息區有個長沙發，經常看到有熊孩子穿着鞋子爬上爬下蹦蹦跳跳，有一次路過的時候居然發現樓層服務員把浴巾鋪在沙發上摺疊浴巾。 5.入住前接到攜程電話，説酒店要把我定的高級湖景雙床房“升級”為豪華雙床房，問我願不願意，而實際豪華雙床房比高級湖景雙床房便宜。這不就是赤裸裸的欺騙？
