Not only because of his facilities, health management, service awareness, cleanliness, and the cute and healing smile of Miss Xu at the front desk, it makes us feel at home. Comfortable, the lobby area is warm and spacious, The room is medium in size, the shower has a large amount of water, the mineral water provided has four bottles, the hanging ear coffee, the disposable slippers are comfortable and warm, the two pillows are soft and hard, and the key lighting is very bright. If the guests go out before cleaning time, there is no need to clean it. But if you choose to enter the room to change towels and put new slippers under the bedside table, why ignore the garbage next to the bedside table? And why were there no tissues on the bedside table for two nights? The bedding replacement sign placed on the bed was in vain. It is gratifying that your hotel offers a free room upgrade. Although I don’t know what your hotel’s cleaning requirements are, I hope your hotel will pay more attention to the guest experience.
