This stay was great! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk greeted us warmly and poured us a cup of hot tea. The front desk checked us in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel's services in detail. Any needs were responded to quickly, the room environment was impeccable, cleaned spotlessly, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel’s good night porridge is also good. If the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out to eat, you can eat it in the hotel lobby and you can still be very full!

I spent a long time choosing before deciding on this hotel. It's very close to the highway, making transportation convenient. The rooms are large and very clean. Although the furnishings are older, they don't feel dated; instead, they have the style of an old hotel. The air conditioning is comfortable, and the bedding is nice. There's a community garden downstairs where you can take a walk. The breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, and the coffee is good. Their own Chinese restaurant serves authentic local home-style dishes. There are complimentary roasted sweet potatoes in the lobby oven. The staff are very nice. It's about four kilometers from Wanda Plaza.

During the summer vacation, I took my baby back to Beijing to visit relatives. I stayed for 3 nights and then stayed for 1 night. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to go directly from Wuhan Airport to the hotel. Compared with many years ago, the traffic was very convenient. I used to come back to live in Yufeng, and I will still live in Jingyue in the future. From check-in to check-out in these four days, every service is full of details. This is really not worse than those high-end business hotels in first-tier cities, and the staff is very caring and patient. We really can't have time to enjoy breakfast every day. We ate for two days. In the other two days, we went to the boss street behind the hotel to punch in the breakfast shop. It was very convenient to travel. When we left the store, the front desk lady would also ask if we wanted to bring water to drink on the road. In fact, this is all service details. When returning, the special car for everyone to travel to the hotel to pick up and drop off to Wuhan Airport is very convenient.

The room was spacious, and the hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Plus, the parking is free, which is a great bonus.

The rooms are on the hillside. There are two buildings. We live in the top ”Xujiawan”. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The curtains have good shading effect. It is very quiet. The linen is a brand of international five-star hotels. The quality is very nice, rest assured. The hot and sour stewed dings of the breakfast buffet are delicious The most expensive Guzhuang hotel, the hotel lobby is so beautiful! Outside is the golf course ⛳, you can drink coffee in the lobby, there is a large landscape window, net red seat, photo shoot, and also sell coffee and desserts. There is an infinity pool, children's pool, hot springs, spa halls on the second floor of the public area. Complete supporting facilities The camp hotel has two kinds of tents and wooden houses. There is no experience, but it is introduced. The large lawn of the camp has alpacas 🦙, small 🐑, pigeons, turkeys, which can be fed and interacted. It is super cute. I personally feel that this is the most beautiful place in the whole farm. There is no one. Recommended for eating a century-old house restaurant, the environment is distinctive, there is also an indoor playground, the price is really worthy of the environment and taste, suitable for all ages.

The private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel are one of its core highlights, offering exclusive hot spring experiences for guests seeking privacy and relaxation. The pools are spacious, not just simple bathtubs, but actual soaking tubs where guests can ”play in the water,” large enough to accommodate a family of three. The hot spring water fills quickly, taking about 10 minutes to fill, with an initial high temperature of over 50 degrees Celsius. Cooling water can be added simultaneously to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. This design allows families, especially those with children, to safely and comfortably enjoy water activities in their rooms, avoiding crowding in public areas. Some high-end room types, such as the ”Bo Xin Tang Yuan” and ”Zi Jin Tang Yuan” villas, also feature independent courtyards and even larger outdoor soaking tubs, further enhancing privacy and the overall experience. In terms of experience details, the hot spring water originates from the Tangyanfan Geothermal Field and is a rare hot spring rich in various minerals such as metasilicic acid, radon, fluorine, and strontium, leaving the skin feeling smooth after soaking. The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are relatively new and the overall environment is clean. The natural wood-style decor is also well-received. Service is responsive; requests for services such as water and mops are quickly fulfilled. However, some guests have mentioned details that could be improved, such as the less-than-ideal soundproofing of some room doors. Overall, for families seeking privacy, convenience, and high-quality family time, the private hot spring rooms at Jingshan Tianmu are a highly recommended choice.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. 

The room was clean and tidy, the layout was comfortable, and the bedding was soft and sleepy. The service is warm and thoughtful and the response is timely. The location is excellent and the travel is convenient. The overall experience is great, cost-effective, I will choose this one next time I stay, highly recommended!

At first, I was not used to not seeing the lobby on the first floor, but when I walked to the top of the building, I saw another scene, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall feeling was comfortable, the service was warm, the environment was clean and tidy, and it was quiet without being disturbed by the outside world. I could feel that the boss was a person who pursued comfort.
