The front desk checked us in quickly and considerately, and also introduced the hotel's services in detail. Any needs were responded to quickly, the room environment was impeccable, cleaned spotlessly, warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well every night. The hotel’s good night porridge is also good. If the weather is cold and you don’t want to go out to eat, you can eat it in the hotel lobby and you can still be very full!

During the summer vacation, I took my baby back to Beijing to visit relatives. I stayed for 3 nights and then stayed for 1 night. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to go directly from Wuhan Airport to the hotel. Compared with many years ago, the traffic was very convenient. I used to come back to live in Yufeng, and I will still live in Jingyue in the future. From check-in to check-out in these four days, every service is full of details. This is really not worse than those high-end business hotels in first-tier cities, and the staff is very caring and patient. We really can't have time to enjoy breakfast every day. We ate for two days. In the other two days, we went to the boss street behind the hotel to punch in the breakfast shop. It was very convenient to travel. When we left the store, the front desk lady would also ask if we wanted to bring water to drink on the road. In fact, this is all service details. When returning, the special car for everyone to travel to the hotel to pick up and drop off to Wuhan Airport is very convenient.

The room was beautiful, clean, the layout was quite warm, and the bar staff was very good. In addition to the bad attitude of the service staff who received the breakfast coupon in the morning (I ordered a bowl of boiled powder in the morning, it was very hot, and I was impatient to urge me to take it away), the others were perfect.

The staff who clean the room every day is more careful, the front desk manager is polite, considerate and humane. The most recommended thing is the small noodles in the breakfast. My husband said that he had eaten for many years and was still second to none! It is not so greasy, not so rushed, the beef is soft and tastes natural. Will also help to make hot dry noodles! Other dishes are also very fresh! The location is also very convenient, the parking lot uncle is also very serious and polite. Staying here, we went home to feel more comfortable during the New Year, New Year's Eve, and swallows flew into the lobby, really happy. I wish the hotel more and more prosperous, Jingmen's economy is getting better and better!

This hotel is the best choice for club training. After breakfast, you can go straight to the stadium on the second floor, which saves a lot of time! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When the smart curtains accidentally damaged a light in our room, the staff member on duty on August 1st morning immediately asked if anyone was hurt and didn't even mention compensation. Their humanity was really commendable, thumbs up!👍

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room. 

At first, I was not used to not seeing the lobby on the first floor, but when I walked to the top of the building, I saw another scene, which was a pleasant surprise. The overall feeling was comfortable, the service was warm, the environment was clean and tidy, and it was quiet without being disturbed by the outside world. I could feel that the boss was a person who pursued comfort.
