The cleanliness was acceptable, but the check-in deposit and the refundable deposit upon check-out were cumbersome and delayed things. The room reservation stated two breakfast coupons were included, but only one was given. The second coupon had to be registered by a different person, which wasn't very reasonable. The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty and the variety was limited. Room cleaning was slow, arriving around 5 or 6 p.m. A minor side note: the hotel couldn't find the online booking information, and I was told to go down and pay with proof of payment. Although I later found the payment information and was given snacks as an apology, it was still a bit annoying. It was only a three-day stay, and I had unpleasant experiences every day. I probably won't consider this hotel again.

We chose this hotel specifically because it was close to a place where We wanted to go do some underwater swimming movies.  and it served that purpose. The Wi-Fi worked. The shower was good. The room decoration was good. The bed was harder than I like. A soft bed is one of the things I really like. The breakfast was good. There was free parking and access to chargers for our electric car

Similarly the staff at the spa was very kind and helpful to me. I loved how relaxing it was to hear the stream from my room.
