They upgraded my room for free, and the 2 PM checkout time was very accommodating; even though I was half an hour late, there were no extra charges. The room itself was fantastic – spacious and clean. The Xiaodu voice assistant was very convenient, and the sound quality was excellent! The hotel has parking, a gym, and laundry facilities – the amenities are comprehensive. Plus, the free room upgrade made it incredibly good value! Highly recommended!
