GGuest UserThis homestay is the kind I have always wanted to find. It has a small courtyard, very private and quiet. Unfortunately, the time is too short and I have the opportunity to stay for a long time. Friends who like quiet are super recommended! The boss is also very nice, I highly recommend going to the Longchuan Water Town to play near the friends must come and live.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is a surprise. The environment is elegant and clean, making people feel comfortable as soon as they enter the door. What I am most satisfied with is that not only pets are allowed here, but they are very friendly to dogs. The location is even better and it is extremely convenient wherever you want. When I checked in, my dog accidentally pissed into the hall. I thought it would cause dissatisfaction, but an uncle immediately came to clean up, and his face was still with a kind smile, without a trace of complaint. This kind of service attitude really makes people feel warm and respectful. Highly recommended to friends who like pets and want to enjoy high quality service.

EEvgeniya GarvardtThe hotel is tired, just a night's sleep. It's strange that cosmetic issues that wouldn't cost much to fix aren't being addressed. But the most critical thing is the cold in January; you sleep like you're outside. I tried turning the air conditioner on for heating, but it made a noise like a tractor. The water in the shower was hot. There was a kettle, two bottles of water, slippers, and toothbrushes with toothpaste. Breakfast (Chinese, okay) was at a neighboring hotel in the same building, and it was warm there. We arrived late, at 9:00 PM, and there were no eateries nearby. There was a small store across the street, and we bought some bread rolls and juice. The woman at the reception desk gave us two cartons of milk from her supplies. A big thank you to her.

MM53948****This is the first time I've ever wanted to give a hotel a bad review!
The room facilities were okay, and the housekeeping staff were fairly friendly.
However, during my stay, the elevator malfunctioned, and I was trapped inside. There were three phones in the elevator, but only one worked, and the person on the other end didn't even know which elevator it was. The elevator call button couldn't be heard from outside. After I got out, there was no explanation or apology, let alone any compensation.
We kindly reminded the hotel to pay attention to elevator safety and update the emergency contact number, but the front desk didn't seem to care and just said, ”Okay, okay, we'll handle it,” as if they just wanted to get it over with!
On the last day, I checked out and redeemed a late check-out time until 2 PM, but I was locked out at 1 PM. When I asked the front desk, they just said, ”We automatically lock at 12 PM,” without any explanation or apology.
For this location and price, the experience was very poor!

The waiter works carefully, answers all questions, and is enthusiastic. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is convenient to eat. In short, cost-effective, it is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserNewly opened, sanitary, clean and tidy, but in terms of facilities, the TV has a problem, the water heater has a problem, the switch problem, manually turned on the water heater and turned off, resulting in insufficient hot water. Then I encountered a water cut problem in the morning, there was no reserve water, and I couldn't go to the toilet and brush my teeth and wash my face.
